Shibuya central - perfect for a first visit to Tokyo!
Pros:

Amazing location smack bang in shibuya central near the subway, famous street crossing and laneways.
Clean and comfortable room at a great price. Helpful staff.

Cons:

El check in y check out son extremadamente lentos. Las lavadoras solo mojan la ropa después de dos lavados y 4 secados la ropa sigue húmeda y con olor a lavadora vieja. Mejor no lavar.

Convenient, dining room was a great way to start the day, good sleep!

CENTRIC ENOUGH BUT QUIET AT THE SAME TIME...
Pros:

Perfectly located, nicely decorated, surrounded of everything you may need, but at the same time in a quiet street - and we stayed there over the whole weekend -. Super nice and helpful staff!

Cons:

Small room, even for Tokyo standards, but we knew this before hand, so no surprise here...

Pros:

Location was great, close to everything in Shibuya. Bed was super comfortable, reception staff lovely, booked us a taxi on check out. breakfast was nice.

Cons:

While the room was nice and clean, it did smell a bit like a dog or cat had been in the room. the smell went away once the air con was on for a bit.
