My experience was okayish, 5/10 may be.
Pros:

The property is nice but the services are really poor. Although electricity, hot water availability, big rooms, enough beds, extra mattresses, pillows, blankets are all available. It provides a peaceful environment since its located in non-crowded inner city and there are hotels and shops available at 5 minutes walk

Cons:

The care taker does not provide any basic needs, not even water or tea/coffee. Does not answer calls when in need. The location is not in prime city area and it gets a little dark at night with no street lights near by.

**SCAM ALERT: Misty Magic Hotel & Booking.com - Reservation Stolen, No Accountability!**

I am **absolutely livid** with the **shockingly unprofessional behavior** of **Misty Magic Hotel** and the **complete negligence** of **Booking.com**. Despite having a **confirmed reservation**, this so-called hotel **gave our room away without hesitation** - and the worst part? **They didn't even care!**

**Here's the scam:**
- The hotel **doesn't require payment upfront** (their policy)
- They **confirmed our booking** anyway
- Then **blatantly overbooked** and **refused to honor our reservation**
- **No apology, no help finding alternatives - just "too bad"**

And **Booking.com? COMPLICIT IN THIS FRAUD.** Their customer service:
❌ **Refused to hold the hotel accountable**
❌ **Offered ZERO assistance** when we were left stranded
❌ **Couldn't even guarantee** future bookings through their platform are safe

*This isn't just bad service - it's DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES.** Misty Magic Hotel:  

- Takes reservations they **know they can't fulfill**  

- Has **no system** to prevent overbooking  

- Shows **complete disrespect** for guests
