清潔で快適。朝食も美味しい。プールも良かった。スタッフも優しい。お部屋も閉所が苦手なので広さがあって良かった。

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, nachdem wir reklamiert hatten.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte ein Fenster zu einem innenliegenden Schacht im Haus. Es hatte einen muffeligen Geruch.

5 Star Service in Siem Reap
Pros:

All the staff were exceptional, always willing to help in any way they could, nothing was too much trouble. Special mention for Jasmine, UE, Rose who went to extra effort sorting out a difficulty with my flight departure time.

Poor customer service
Pros:

The facilities are excellent, great gym, great pool and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Wonderful hotel in a good location close to restaurants, markets and a short tuk tuk to wherever you want to travel too.

Cons:

The staff completely ruined the experience for me. Treated me as if they were doing me a favour which was odd as I have never experienced this before.

Left me alone for hours unattended to at the pool, the front desk receptionist was grumpy and impatient. The skybar staff are very inattentive. The gym wasnt open on time and when requested to assist I was left to my own devices to sort out things rhat the staff should of done.

Very poor customer service. Wonderful hotle but purely on the staff service, wouldn't go again.

Puikus viešbutis su labai maloniu ir paslaugiu personalu. Kambariai švarūs, erdvūs ir patogūs, lovos – labai komfortiškos. Ypatingai patiko stogo baseinas ir jauki atmosfera. Pusryčiai įvairūs ir skanūs, o lokacija – labai patogi. Tikrai rekomenduojame ir sugrįžtume dar kartą!

Cons:

Viešnagė buvo puiki, tačiau nustebino labai didelis mokestis už netyčia sudaužytą šampūno indą. Manome, kad tokiais atvejais galėtų būti taikomas lankstesnis ir protingesnis sprendimas.
