A really lovely hotel, just slightly spoilt by management decisions and obvious cut backs.
Pros:

1: The staff, who are clearly being worked beyond what they probably get paid, were super friendly and helpful. 2: The food was lovely, great choice, particularly the puddings, the chefs were very good at repurposing previous days unused options. 3: Beautiful location and very nice clean beach with sun loungers. 4: Standard family room was better than expected- large with 3 separate beds, with great aircon, only partly spoilt by the constant beeping of taxis reversing along the entrance to the new huge hotel next door. 5: Beautiful manicured grounds. 6: The cleaners (all of them). 7: The hotel shops (as good a value as you'll find anywhere other than Fethiye Tuesday market). 8: The 3 pools are great, not heated but still warm for May. 9: The guaranteed car park space (even found us space in staff car park when main one became full.

Cons:

It's necessary to remember that Türkiye is going through difficult financial times and corners needed to be cut. However, it's evident that advertised services and activities are not being met (Confirmed if you see Tui Blue Tropical FB Group) 1: If you advertise the hotel as offering Kids Club, Kids Activities and A La carte restaurant's you should be able to use (book) them! In reality it's a Midnight (on your first night of arriving) lottery, with only a few spaces for each option. 2: The "All inclusive" drinks options were as cheap as you could get (possibly even watered down). The local Efes beer is not at all the same as the same brand cans sold in the village. Cocktails very poor. 3: Deckchair wars! Unless you get to the pool very early (even before breakfast at 7am) you'll be lucky (when the suns out) to get a spot by any of the pools. We preferred the beach which did always have some space. 4: Restaurant wars! 80% of the guest came to eat at the same time due to the 3 hour window available, so the buffet was like a fighting match to grab what you wanted. The noise level at times was horrendous, no staggered arrival options, no quiet area and table staff having to work as if it was an Olympic sport. 5: No Turkish culture, (except for one nights entertainment of traditional dancers) you really could have been in the UK. 6: This is the main one - us English! I was embarrassed by the behaviour of some guests - pushing/barging/loading plates with food and leaving most of it!
We as a family hired a car for the week and explored all the areas Mugla has to offer and used the hotel as a base- for that it was perfectly OK. If you were going purely for the hotel, kids club, kids activities, entertainment a la carte and free food/drink, like we did last year at the Hilton (although they are now charging much, much more) I think you might be left feeling the same as not just us but many guests.

An incredible place that truly has something for everyone.
Pros:

Absolutely loved our visit. It offers great food and drinks, endless fun for the family, and a warm welcome from wonderful personnel.

The only minor thing is that the bed pillows could use a change.

Michellin star hotel
Pros:

The food was extraordinary!!! It was way beyond you can imagine for 4star hotel. Food was 11/10. Fresh, extremly tasty like Michellin restaurant prepared. It has small restaurant for kids too. Room was all clean and big, spacey. It had a tub. It was calm, no sounds at night. Great animation program for kids and adults. Kind staff. Sea is nice.

Cons:

The areal is huge. You walk all day to reach all places. Ice cream could be better. In baby pool could be some small slide for children. Alcohol drinks werent tasty.
