Yerleşmesi güzel, Salih bey sağolsun her daim onlayndı, gerekli sorulara zamanında yanıt verdi. Sabah erkenden çıkıp, sadece gece yatmaya gelen birileri için uygun
ben en yukarı 5ci kattaydım, binanın yapısı öyle ki, merdivenlerden 5ci kata çıktığında düşebilirsin. Odadaki dolabın tamire ihtiyacı var, güçlü rüzgarda pencerenin sallandığını ve gelen sesten her an dağıla bileceğini düşünüyordun. Banyoda duş aldıktan sonra, tuvalet tarafına su toplanıyordu, mecbur peçete ile kendim temizliyodum. Diğer odaların hepsinde mutfağı vardı, ben bunu oraya gittiğimde haberim oldu. Sadece tuvalet kağıdı ve duş için şampuan ve duş jeli vardı, diğer şeylerin hiçbiri yoktu. Resepsion yoktu, sadece Salih beyle sağolsun ne zaman konuşsak yanıt veriyodu. Elektriğin gittiği zaman oldu, geceler en üst kat olduğu için kışın soğuk ola biliyor.

I have never stayed in such a dirty place! I didn't think it existed! The pictures are irrelevant! Mold on the ceiling, all the cups are full of dirt! The area is very suspicious. You are accommodated in the basement, in a ghetto. The owner only wants cash, he doesn't give you a receipt for absolutely nothing. Everything is very suspicious. Be very careful! This is a scam! At some point the hot water and heat stopped completely. The mess is indescribable. Old and dirty sofa and bed. The bathroom is infernally dirty. Unfortunately, we stayed because we celebrated the new year in Istanbul, and there were no more accommodations. I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone, especially people with children. The room being in the basement, if you want to open the windows, everyone passing by on the street can see you. There is no kitchen, it is a place where they keep all the equipment. This scam will stop when they have many complaints. BE CAREFUL! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Appartement spacieux et propre. Idéalement situé à 3 minutes de marche de la place Taksim. Le propriétaire a été arrangeant sur l'horaire d'arrivée. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.
You have to pay cash. The owner request cash only upon arrival. This is not written anywhere. I had to take cash from atm and dt conversion rate I paid almost 40% higher the price. And dt no cancellation policy I couldn’t cancel the stay.
I visit Istanbul very often and this is the only place I will stay from now on. I wish I had discovered a place like this before. The owners are really friendly.
Начну издалека. Так случилось, что нам пришлось бронировать новый отель прямо в день прилета в Стамбул. Мы очень нервничали, что отпуск может быть испорчен неприятностями с жильем, потому что хозяева забронированного ранее отеля совсем перестали выходить на связь и на Booking появилось много очень плохих отзывов.
Однако, как только мы забронировали номер в Taksim Rain Suite, с нами связался менеджер отеля Салих, уточнил время нашего прибытия, обсудил детали заселения. В связи с задержкой самолета мы прибыли в отель на 3 часа позже, чем планировали. Нас ждали, несмотря на поздний час, моментально заселили.
Все 8 дней проживания мы чувствовали себя как в гостях у добрых друзей. Салих был на связи 24/7, реагировал моментально на любую просьбу, был очень терпелив и дружелюбен.
Были моменты, когда мы даже не просили что-то сделать, но получали заботу. Например: Салих заметил, что мы вместо одной подушки поставили декоративную (подушка на кровати мужу была немного большеватой) и когда мы вернулись вечером с прогулки, мы увидели, что подушку поменяли на более мягкую и размером поменьше.
У мужа был день рождения, так Салих вечером принес торт со свечами. Это было очень неожиданно и очень-очень мило)))
Такую заботу о гостях я не встречала ни в одном отеле. Спасибо большое за прекрасные эмоции и желаем процветания Вашему бизнесу!!!

Everything was perfect. The location is good. There is a kitchen in the room. It is very close to Istiklal Street, the metro, and buses. It is in a quiet place. I was very pleased. 🙏
