A localização é boa, em função de acesso a prédios do governo federal (que era a minha necessidade).

Cons:

Acomodação do apartamento/prédio em geral: uma das cadeiras estava quebrada (poderia ter ocasionado um acidente); sacada sem acesso, pois a porta-janela era pesada e estava imunda (e fiz a reserva pensando em usar o espaço); piscina, anunciada como parte das acomodações, estava sem acesso (não foi avisado antes da reserva); internet inconstante. Em suma, pelo que foi cobrado, seria melhor ter reservado outra acomodação, pois na faixa de preço há ofertas bem melhores no DF.

O ar condicionado nao ta funcionando muito bem, e se nao estou enganada no anuncio fala sobre 13 e 14 andar, pois nao era, o ap era no nono e nao tinhs varanda, nem era voltado para o eixo monumental como eu queria

Boa localização e cama confortável e chuveiro muito bom

Cons:

Hotel passando por reforma e entao alguns incômodos como acesso , 01 dos elevadores parados. O equipamento do ar condicionado dentro de caixa no quarto o que gerava muito barulho. Tive que dormir com janela aberta
