Would highly recommend this hotel due to good location, great views and friendly helpful staff.
Pros:

To location near to Manuel Antonio national park , close to restaurants and shops.
The grounds were beautiful and the infinity pool was perfect to see all the wildlife. The views were amazing.

Cons:

Pool shower needed repairing.

Beautiful area with some short comings.
Pros:

Nice large room with great view of the ocean from a short distance. Staff were good but a little less friendly than other places that we stayed in Costa Rica. The was a parking attendant that was so personable and friendly.

Cons:

Very disappointed that we could not get any of the streaming movies channels to work (Netflix, Prime, Apple, Disney, ....anything) We were told that it is a policy of the hotel not to allow streaming from any of the movies channels even when we use our own accounts. Watching some shows at night would have been nice since there is very little to do at night other than go to bars.

Une immersion luxueuse au cœur de la nature, avec une vue spectaculaire et une faune incroyable.

Un lieu tout simplement spectaculaire, où la nature et le luxe s’unissent à la perfection 🌅

La vue depuis l’hôtel est à couper le souffle, avec un panorama exceptionnel sur l’océan Pacifique et la plage de Manuel Antonio… chaque instant semble irréel, surtout au coucher du soleil.

Mais ce qui rend cet endroit absolument unique, c’est la richesse de la faune présente directement sur le site. Nous avons eu la chance d’observer une diversité incroyable d’animaux : paresseux, singes, oiseaux tropicaux, aras rouges majestueux, ainsi que des petits animaux typiques du Costa Rica… un véritable spectacle vivant, sans même quitter l’hôtel.

La chambre avec vue mer est magnifique, confortable et parfaitement intégrée dans cet environnement naturel. Se réveiller face à l’océan est une expérience en soi.

Le personnel est attentionné, professionnel et contribue pleinement à cette expérience haut de gamme.

👉 Un lieu magique, immersif, où chaque moment devient un souvenir inoubliable.

Cons:

La atención del personal, en todo Costa Rica nadie nos trató tan poco amable y empatico. Desde la reserva en donde no se pudo hacer el pago, la forma cómo se comunicaron para avisarlo y casi nos quedamos sin habitación, el hecho de que no nos avisaron que había una boda y la música estuvo a todo volumen hasta tarde, el restaurante en donde no había menú en español y la comida desabrida y carísimo. Además de q se cortó la luz por un rato largo en la mañana
