Gute Lage, einfache Anreise und Möglichkeit zum Parken. Sauber und modern. Perfekt für ein Wochenende in Hameln.

Cons:

Es wird bei Buchung ein Frühstück angeboten, dies findet allerdings nicht inhouse statt sondern in einer Bäckerei in kurzer Entfernung.

2 nights parking cost 88,45 euro!
Cons:

I asked Booking.com to update my review from Good to Not good, the reason is that we had to pay 88,45 euro instead of 24 euro for two nights parking. I received a letter from the Global Dept Accredis Creditreform, Hameln, on the 28 November 2025 to pay that amount including taxes and penalty fee. But as I told the Hotel management on several phone calls and e-mails I have NEVER recieved an invoice no. 5142 dated 3 September 2025 from them. Why couldn't they reach me, immediately after the hotel stay or after 30 days from the invoice issue date, on the phone, e-mail or through Booking.com, or leave a paper message at the Hotel? In the various instructions before checking in (mostly in German) the did not include parking payment procedure. I could have asked but I forgot.
I paid the amount (88,45 euro) on the 11th December 2025 (the Hotel management told me that the only solution is to pay Gloabl Dept Accredis Creditreform) BUT I have never received an answer from the Hotel or from Global Dept Accredis Creditreform confirming that the credit issue is closed nor a copy of the invoice 5142 dated 3 September 2025 which I need as a proof that this issue is closed.
I am convinced that the major negative aspect of a Hotel with no on-place assistance is this kind of inconvenience: no immediate problem solving.
Me and my husband are really really disappointed of this hotel management and we would like to make sure that other guests pay attention when staying at that Hotel.

Pros:

Duży i wygodny pokój i łazienka, położenie w samym centrum miasta. Dobre śniadanie. Garaż tuż obok. Możliwość zameldowania o dowolnej porze.

Cons:

Nigdzie nie było zaznaczone, że śniadanie jest poza hotelem - dopiero w wiadomości dzień przed pojawiła się ta informacja. Podobnie nie było informacji, że jest to hotel bezobsługowy. Przy rezerwacji garażu nie było informacji, że wjazd jest bardzo wąski. Wszystkie te elementy powodowały stres - gdyby były podane wcześniej byłoby zupełnie inaczej.
