Заявлен круглосуточный рецепшен. Его нет.
Вывески на здании и двери нет, найти не просто. Спасибо водитель трансфера не уехал, пока не нашёл нам дверь, куда надо идти, а там было закрыто. Он с своего телефона связался с персоналом.
В номере заявлен холодильник и плита, они отсутствовал.
Самое ужасное это кондиционер, под который невозможно спать, он гудит Так, Что спать под него невозможно. Ночи жаркие с открытом окном вы тоже не сможете спать. Бессонная ночь вам обеспечена.
Спросили воды вечером из куллера, нас отправили в магазин.
Отличное расположение: близко до остановки трамвая, рядом с основными туристическими местами, много продуктовых магазинчиков и кафе.
Апартамент большой, просторный, в котором, в целом, есть всё необходимое. Красивый и функциональный декор в гостиной. Хорошо и доброжелательно встретили, помогли с размещением и оплатой.
- Несмотря на то, что апартаменте есть всё, многие вещи устарели или частично сломаны: электрический чайник был сломан, унитаз плохо смывал; по всему интерьеру заметные поломки, сколы, усталость вещей/мебели.
- Полотенца были грязными, одно было рваным. Полотенца обещали заменить, но этого не сделали.
- Унитаз не чищен.
- Несмотря на то, что нас была группа, комплект ключей был один.

The location. Public transport can be accessed easily.
The room was dirty, shower was broken, electric wires have black tape and visible, even the ventilator in the bathroom. The fridge was not working.

We liked everything very much, everything was at the highest level, I recommend it to everyone. The room was quite large and comfortable, and I would also like to thank Hasai for helping us with all our questions.
Only location
We made a reservation after seeing the rating of 8.5 but we regretted it very much. The air conditioning in the rooms was not working in the middle of summer. We told the attendant, he said we will change your room tomorrow but they could not find any solution. The rooms were very dirty. Especially the bathrooms were incredibly dirty. We were afraid to take a shower. I definitely do not recommend it.
Location is great, considering it is located right next to the tram stop. Rooms are clean , spacious enough, comfy beds and there is a little stove where you can make coffee in the morning. There is a small parking lot very close.
Basically given the location and the price/quality ratio, there is nothing to complain about. Perhaps there are no stairs, but the staff offered to help us to carry our luggage.
The location is perfect. The zone is safe even at night. Very close to Galata Tower, Istiklal street, shops and tram stop that connects you to other districts of the city. There are many good places to eat around. The hotel owner is super nice and always available if you have any questions. I can definitely recommend this place to others.
