One of the best places I’ve stayed in Southeast Asia. The room was exceptional, the pool area beautiful, and the common spaces thoughtfully designed. The breakfast was outstanding - truly among the best I’ve had. Most of all, the hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, offering engaging conversation, complete privacy when desired, and always ready to answer any questions.

Amazing owners and staff, very clean, homey and quiet. Dogs are lovely and already miss them all ❤️
Very well maintained AC in the room, literally first time i didn’t get throat infection while sleeping every night with AC on.

Cet établissement est vraiment bien.
Un super bon rapport qualité/prix. L'établissement est super reposant, propre, équipements récents, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, le personnel est super sympa, disponible et vraiment aimable. Ils nous ont arrangés pour une réservation last minute.
Le calme est là et idéal pour se reposer. Salle de bain spacieuse.

Pour se déplacer, les tuk tuk peuvent venir vous chercher. Ce n'est vraiment pas un problème.

Le petit dejeuner est fait par la maison : bon et bien.

Je recommande les yeux fermés. Au plaisir de revenir bientôt.

The hosts, the internet, the generator and the general attitude

Tout . Nous avons adoré ce petit hôtel, chaleureux, propriétaire et employés gentils, à l’écoute et serviable. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de chambres ce qui permet de se sentir comme à la maison. Chambre grande et propre, nettoyer chaque jour, piscine propre et agréable. À quelques minutes du centre de général Luna ce qui est très pratique mais au calme. Si je reviens sur Siargao j’y retournerai à 100%.

The property was a bit further out of General Luna than I anticipated, but the hotel staff organised a motorbike hire at a reasonable rate. The hotel is well away from the main highway so no traffic noise and very peaceful. The big rain type shower head with a plentiful supply of hot water was incredible.

Sehr ruhig gelegen. Perfekt zum Entspannen bei einem Buch am Pool. Das Zimmer sehr geräumig und die Klimaanlage neu, somit praktisch lautlos und ideal für einen tiefen, gesunden Schlaf. Das Personal wie auch die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und kompetent.

My friends and i decided to take this hotel at the last minute on the beginning of our trip and we don't regret it,it was the most stunning one,swimming pool is awesome,decoration is perfectly chosen to feel like you are at your own home,the owner arranged everything we want to and he gave us some tips to make our days better but i think the best was the staff who works there,11 out 10 they were so lovely and nice with us.
Very very very recommended! Planning more days in the future to stay there !

Our favourite place we’ve stayed in 2.5 months travelling SEA. Ralf, Lynn, Michi & the rest of the team made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. They only have 4 rooms so it has a very personable, relaxed vibe. The bed was incredibly comfortable & the pool area was a great place to relax. Slightly out of town so it’s nice and quiet, and only around 100 PHP to get a Tuktuk into town.

En Casa Basa nos trataron mejor que un hotel de 5 estrellas, aparte de limpio, buena ubicación y buenas instalaciones el propietario es una gran persona, durante nuestra estancia pasó un tifón por la isla y nos cuidaron mucho, fue creo que de los pocos alojamientos que teníamos luz, agua caliente, wifi y comida. Pudimos alquilar moto, gestionar los traslados al aeropuerto y los island hopping están bien de precio como en el puerto. Tienen unos perritos muy buenos y bonitos. Sin duda alguna lo recomendamos mucho.

Experiencia 10! Un hotel que te hace sentir como si estuvieras en casa, tanto el dueño como el encargado son amables, hospitalarios y siempre pendientes de que no te falte nada.

La habitación es amplia y la ducha INCREÍBLE que es bastante raro encontrar esa presión y temperatura en Filipinas.

La piscina está limpia y es muy agradable estar ahí, y los desayunos riquísimos.

Sin duda lo recomendaríamos y volveremos!

Estaba todo super limpio, bonito y bien cuidado, tanto las habitaciones como las instalaciones comunes. La zona de la piscina y biblioteca muy acogedora y bonita. Desayunamos dos días y el desayuno muy bueno. Además el personal super amable y atento. Ademas nos dieron algunas recomendaciones para comer en Siargao y nos ofrecieron un island hopping que ha sido increíble. Estamos encantados, ha sido un acierto alojarnos aquí.

GROSSARTIGE Gastgeber und im allgemeinen tolles Personal, das sehr bemüht war und uns mit Tipps zur Seite gestanden ist. Es war super sauber, es wurde alle drei Tage sogar die Bettwäsche gewechselt und das Zimmer täglich gereinigt. Das Zimmer hatte ausreichend Platz und die gesamte Anlage mit Pool und "Gemeinschaftsraum" war sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Lage war gut gelegen, mit dem Scooter braucht man nur ca. 5 Minuten nach General Luna. Wir waren 10 tage dort und würden sofort wieder kommen!

The whole place is just great! The design so modern, fresh and cozy at the same time, made us feel so confortable, the room was very big, clean and beautiful, beds big and comfortable.
The swimming pool is great! You can have breakfast for a nice price. And pick one of the hundreds of books they have to relax on the sofa.great location 2 mins by motorbike from the center.
The best thing was the TEAM, including Mitch and the owners, always helpful and with a nice smile to great you. I would always come back. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
