Très mauvaise expérience. Nous sommes venus de loin dans le but de faire une pause et de nous reposer, mais malheureusement nous n’avons pratiquement pas pu dormir.

Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et il y avait énormément de bruit : des chiens qui aboyaient, des personnes qui criaient dans les couloirs, et surtout une fête organisée dans l’hôtel sans que nous soyons prévenus à l’avance. La musique et le bruit ont duré et nous ont empêchés de dormir, alors que nous étions très fatigués après notre trajet.

Nous aurions apprécié d’être informés de cette fête au moment de la réservation, afin de pouvoir choisir si nous souhaitions quand même séjourner dans l’établissement. Pour nous, un hôtel doit avant tout permettre à ses clients de se reposer.

Très déçus de cette expérience, surtout après avoir fait autant de kilomètres pour venir.
