Die Lage war unglaublich, wie in einem Bilderbuch, schon der Blick aus dem Zimmer war einfach nur atemberaubend. Die Mitarbeiter waren allesamt höflich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war angemessen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Superbe séjour ressourçant !
Pros:

L’hôtel est superbe ! dans un très bel emplacement avec une vue magnifique et impressionnante sur le volcan Arenal ! En pleine forêt le réveil est tellement agréable !les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins ! je recommande

La vista desde cualquier habitación es preciosa, la comida del restaurante es buena y es un lugar apropiado para ir con niños.

Cons:

Tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación después de la primera noche debido a un olor de humedad en la habitación. Aun así el personal fue muy atento y diligente y nos asignó una nueva habitación de inmediato.
