They leave us outside they said we dont have available rooms and all rooms are booked. They confirm my reservation i write that i will come after 1 hour they said okay anyway go another hotel .

Staff is stealing, be careful, can’t rely on them

I forgot my dress in the wardrobe, after checking out- next day I came back to take it. They didn’t expect that I’m still in the country, staff stole my dress. When I requested to enter the room, there was gentleman who stayed in the room after me, for obvious reasons he didn’t need my dress. On top of that I found out that earrings disappeared from my room and 100dollars from wallet. Now it’s very clear that it’s not the coincidence.

worst experience ever and rudest host

check-in is at 11. I've received an email asking the arrival time and replied that we don't know yet, but approximately at 14-15. we arrived at 15.15-15.30 and our rooms we're not cleaned yet so we had to wait. we were really tired and didn't pay attention at first that AC didn't work. it was extremely hot. we've booked 2 rooms and AC didn't work in both of them. there was no hot water in the shower. that water was barely warm. we had a couple things to do. when we arrived and checked AC once again, it still didn't work. we went to the receptionist, but he was very rude, said that it's not his problem, we had to check the room when we checked in and that he cannot do anything till 9am. that's the worst experience i've ever had. we've stayed in this hotel before, but the name was different. now the name is changed and the hotel is one of the worse I've ever been. in addition - shower all in mold, old towels and linens, in the bathroom the smell was horrible

Konumu çok güzel

Cons:

Bukadar merkezi olan bir hotel nasılsın bukadar bakımsız kalabilir. Lüx odalarda aklınıza gelebilecek herşey var ancak %70 i çalışmıyor. Neye elimizi atsak elimizde kaldı. Dahada kötüsü bookingten rezervasyon yapıyorsunuz ama hotele gittiğinizde bu fiyata oda olurmu diye dalga geçer gibi sert sert sizi azarlıyorlar. Sanki booking fiyatlarını onlar belirlememişte biz belirlemişiz gibi . Ayrıca otoparkı ücretsiz yazıyordu ama sabah çıkış sırasında 20 lari otoparkı parası aldılar. Bu işletme sahibi gerçekten hotelcilik yapmak istiyormu kendini bir sorgulaması gerekiyor.

For 4 days my keycard didn't work and there wasn't always someone to rectify at 8 pm..
Pros:

Boutique Fantasy had cancelled my 9 nights accommodation on the day I was due to check in being 26th August. I was left with travelling to Georgia with no accommodation and a public holiday to contend with (scarcity). This hotel was the only one I could find that had private facilities. Aircon was good in room 1.

Cons:

Room 1 - back of hotel..For 2 nights I endured life in a discotheque which is how loud the noise was.
Room 2 - front of hotel - aircon didn't seem to work. Insects appeared from time to time. Fridge doesn't work when you leave the room. Good view. Again pretty noisy.

❌ не советую! Был с семьей Август 2025, 2 ночи.

Останавливаюсь в разных гостиницах Грузии очень часто и всегда был только положительный опыт. Но в этой гостинице столкнулись с неприятной ситуацией — с нас взяли 5 лари за “грязное” полотенце! За много лет путешествий по стране впервые сталкиваюсь с таким подходом.
Перед check out нас задержали и тщательно проверяли комнату! Такое тоже со мной первый раз! Бабушкины обои, старая мебель, простыни ни хлопок, чайник грязный( жена потом почистила)…
Гостиница должна учитывать, что полотенца используются по назначению и могут пачкаться — это нормальная часть сервиса, который входит в стоимость проживания. Да и кааак мы там его испачкали!! Дети на него наступили когда с душа выходили. В других местах никогда подобных претензий не было. Полотенца тонкие и дешевые видно, что старые!!!!
Очень жаль, что из-за такого отношения впечатление о гостинице оказалось испорчено. Надеюсь они разбогатеют от моих 5 ЛАРИ.
