The location is little away from main city, probably 5-6 kms. But it’s almost 2kms from Saneeshwara temple.

The location was in a lonely place and the owner has informed all wrong information about his home.i will suggest everyone don't go with the false review and photos uploaded before

Great welcome but the remote location should be made clear and online maps completed or corrected.
Pros:

This is a very friendly homestay, with pleasant company, intelligent conversation, and superb North and South Indian food (breakfast included, lunch and dinner on request). Strong wifi. The owners could not be more welcoming. Quiet night and day, with pleasant country walks through the nearby villages.

Cons:

The house stands among fields well outside the city. Fine if you have wheels or if you need a few days of rest to recuperate from the hardships of Indian travels. But Map.me shows it in completely the wrong place north instead of west of the city and Google Maps not at all, probably because the guesthouse has no recognizable name, only that of the owner.

The breakfast was good & host were very courteous
Pros:

There was no hot water facility in bathroom & toilets were allright , it could be cleaner & Towels had fiber leaving it , however the host was courteous to handle my late hour checkin at 2 am .
