Exceptionnelle, Remarquable
Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnelle proche du centre ville quelques minutes à pieds,le luxe de la décoration du marbre partout même la façade de l'hôtel en est couvert

Hotel pulitissimo e con camera e bagno spaziosi
Presenza di ascensore quindi comodo per chi viaggia con bagagli
Un po' di difficoltà iniziale nelle comunicazioni con il gestore in quanto siamo arrivati in un giorno di festa grande in Vietnam ma tutto è andato per il meglio poi
Qualità prezzo direi ottima
Vari ristoranti poco distanti dall'hotel

Cons:

Assenza di colazione che nel nostro caso è stato un disguido perché essendo festa tutti i bar erano chiusi o aprivano molto tardi al mattino
In camera c è il bollitore ma non le bustine di tè o caffè quindi inutilizzabile

I will never book again
Cons:

I made a reservation through the app, and after arriving at the hotel she told me it was fully booked and unavailable. This happened at 7pm. I had to immediately find a new hotel. This behavior makes the app seem unreliable.

Pros:

My nicest hotel in 5 weeks in Vietnam.

THE YOUNG LADY RECEPTIONIST WAS INCREDIBKE WITH HER HELP.

Cons:

There was problem with a water leak, but this was obviously temporary

This place could be great, but ....
Pros:

Clean, big room, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Bathroom door impossible to close.
Reception girl looked like she hates her job. She waited until my wife was standing in the elevator to explain the room facilities. Odd choice.
Terrible guests in next room. Smoking, noisy, banging doors at 2AM.
Check out was easy with the young man on reception.
