La piscine etait vraiment agréable, la température de l’eau était parfaite. Très agréable d’avoir un stationnement. Emplacements pas très loin du bazar sans les gens qui roulent en fou. J’avais réservé cet endroit car il y a une laveuse pour faire notre lavage pour 200tr. Il y a une corde à linge sur chaque balcon pour faire sécher son linge. N’utilisez pas le cycle vêtements mixte car après 3h nous avons stoppé la laveuse pour lui dire de faire un cycle de 15 minutes.
Pas de draps confortables, salle de bain désuète.
The hotel is very clean and it has a cute pool! We chose it because it's only 5' on foot from the bus station of Kusadasi. Mr Alp at the front desk was more than polite and helpful. Many thanks to him!!
We always stay in the Oya when we return to Turkey. We cannot fault anything, the rooms are always spotless and the staff are all so friendly and accommodating. We will be returning again.
The apartment was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. There was lots of hot water. The air conditioning worked great. The manager, Mamood, was excellent and looked after our every need. He arranged our airport transfers and they worked seamlessly. We were leaving in mid afternoon and Mamood arranged things so we could leave our luggage in the room. until we departed. Mamood was always available to call us a taxi and helped us with running the washing machine. Our drying rack was broken and Mamood replaced it immediately. I can’t say enough about the level of service Mamood provided us.
Everything was great and there was nothing to complain about.

The location is a great walk to the city centre but that’s it. Good breakfast range too
Where to start! Rude staff, furniture and rooms very old and in need of new furniture. The shower would run high pressure low pressure constantly, and don’t even start me on how much dirt and dust there was! I don’t think I even saw hotel cleaners? Lumpy and uncomfortable bed to the point it hurt my husband’s back. Neighbourhood also dodgy - didn’t feel safe on my own as a woman
Stayed here last year, it was so nice we stayed again this year & they gave us the same room again, such a lovely gesture & we’ll be back again next year, I think that says everything that about this hotel, staff are so helpful, they really go above & beyond, rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels every day, can’t fault it.

Good location. Staff was friendly and tried to sort out any issues we had with electrical plugs. Swimming pool was clean
This place needs maintenance. The electric socket in the wall melted my plug and started smoking (fire hazard). We stayed in a 6 bed and the kitchen had 2 coffee mugs. No cloth or dish towel to clean or dry mugs. The sound insulation is very bad. There were other guests talking and laughing very loud in the reception area close to the rooms until 1:30 in the morning. Reception staff should remind them there are other guests sleeping at that time. WiFi was very bad in the rooms and only worked well in reception.
Wonderful pool, easy streetside parking on a quiet street behind the apartment, nice view from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had enough dishes to do some minor cooking (pasta and sauce). It was cleaned and made up every day. Simple check in and check out. Close to downtown, but also close to the main roads to go to other places. Grocery stores very close by. The pool was a highlight.
It was a one bedroom and the AC was only in the bedroom. It was fine except for the day it was 40 degrees outside. The living room was very hot. If there was a fan for the living room it would be great! Maybe there is but we didn't ask for one.
The price, very clean, location is 1km from downtown (we had a car), staff were friendly, the pool was amazing.
The internet was not very strong in our room.
