Bathrooms were not clean. The lobby was filled with cigarette smoke and bad smell. The lift was not functioning properly. No hot water in bathroom. The facilities were not up to the mark for the price

You definitely need to work on providing power sockets at the work desk. This is a major shortcoming

The quality of food at breakfast was about average. The idlis could have been better. I would say that the South Indian food must be definitely improved on. That should be one of the highlights of the breakfast spread

Pros:

The readiness of the staff to serve and they appeared to be honest , reliable . The house keeping requested me to keep the used plates outside of my room , which did appear to be a bit out of place and while i have not considered this while rating the services , a lot of customers may consider this aspect .

The wifi connectivity was poor and the Kerala chicken Biryani ordered for dinner was a let down while the other items ordered were good . A little more focus can be given on items like the AC and TV remote which were a bit weathered and required a couple of hits before it started working .

on the whole it was a decent stay and truly value for money and since i rate the human element the most and must say there you scored very well . I will recommend your hotel to anyone who requests for my recommendation .
