Cleanliness and comfortable bed

Cons:

Need to update photos on booking.com.we missed the sunset in the desert as we left too late. The desert amd fire show was too expensive for what we got

Pros:

Действительно волшебный город! Комфортные юрты, великолепный ресторан, отзывчивый персонаж, а уж экскурсия в пустыню провожать закат - чистый восторг! Добраться от центра Хивы до места на такси - сущие копейки, зато сколько эмоций от всех этих восхитительных видов, и на территории комплекса, и за его пределами!

Pros:

Super séjour d’une nuit dans une véritable yourte ouzbèk authentique, exactement comme sur les photos. La yourte était très propre, avec une agréable odeur dès notre arrivée.

L’accueil est d’une extrême gentillesse et le restaurant sur place est parfait. L’expérience dans le désert est sympathique, même si elle reste un peu « cliché ». Dommage que nous n’ayons pas eu le repas dans le dessert.

Le vrai plus : le calme absolu du lieu. Nous avons adoré cette parenthèse dépaysante et cette expérience.

Cons:

le lit est vraiment, vraiment très dur ! Un surmatelas serait franchement appréciable, notamment pour nous, Occidentaux, qui sommes généralement moins habitués à ce type de couchage.

Un parenthèse magique et apaisante

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au city of magician. Le lieux sont magique ! Calme est apaisant. Le personnel était au petit soin. Allez-y les yeux fermés. L propriètaire nous a offert une petite excursion dans le désert pour voir le levé du soleil ! Un moment innoubliable 😍

len škoda že aktivity ktoré majú v reklamách nefungujú tak ako by mali....
Trochu opustené miesto....dobre na predlaktie, ale inak tam nie je čo robiť....

這是一個很有趣的地方，所有工作人員都非常友善，也很有耐心。附近有個湖和沙漠能看夕陽，他們養了一隻駱駝，不過被限制在湖邊的草地上行動。早餐很豐盛，房間也很乾淨又漂亮，是一個適合渡假的好地方。

комплекс находится в 20 минутах езды от Хивы, что, на мой взгляд, его огромное преимущество. вокруг тишина, спокойно, уединённо, при этом легко выехать в город — можно быстро вызвать такси. с этим помогут на ресепшене или можно воспользоваться Яндексом
мы успели пожить в тканевой и каменной юрте. оба варианта замечательные. тканевая более аутентичная, при этом внутри есть санузел, горячая вода
при отеле есть ресторан — можно ходить туда и на завтрак и на ужин. ещё предлагают на закат выезжать в пустыню. мы не успели, но это будет поводом вернуться. спасибо!

Das Personal war überaus hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar aushelfen wollen beim Taxigeld,aus Ermangelung an Bargeld.
Das Restaurant war SUPER,die Speisen sehr gut zubereitet und unglaublich schmackhaft zu einem sehr günstigen Preis

Pros:

This location is really special/extraordinary and the jurts (we stayed in one of the more modern ones) are decorated very beautifully. The team member at the reception was very kind and helped with getting a taxi.

Cons:

The hotel area is a mix of lovely arranged garden and an area that seems as if it‘s not ready yet. The super cute and friendly dogs could definitely get a better treatment there. We are also not sure if the camel and donkey are treated correctly regarding animal welfare.

Beautiful place not far from Khiva. We spent the last two days of our trip to Uzbekistan there, and it was the best choice ever. It’s a perfect place to completely relax — listening to nature, walking along the lake, and sitting by the river.
The unique cupola room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed, including a good sized modern bathroom. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing.
We couldn’t have wished for a better place to finish our journey. Highly recommended!

Pros:

I like the place serene calm and out of the city.The Google map was inconsistent on the route led us to un paved roads.

Cons:

They had written, City of Magic and had Magic show ,entertainment etc none was their.We booked due to our children insisting that place will be like Alladin Movie and many entertainment. When we reached the Staff who was good said the circus from Russia had problems and so they couldn't come ,but I dont think so.We had to take our luggage to the dome,We had booked for Tent .Anyways overall the Adults loved the place but the Children were disappointed.

The way the animals are treated, especially the little camel and the donkey. They stand tied up all day in the blazing sun and seem to be hungry and thirsty. It’s sad to see.
