A good hotel in a good location, near everything, w an acceptable breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful.

Lovely Boutique Hotel!
Pros:

For a small hotel the room we had was a great size and very comfortable...the bed was huge ! Location is good, it is in walking distance to the centre of Sapa but there is a small hill to walk up to get to the hotel!
Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Throughout the night we incurred a lot of noise within the hotel. The next morning we were told there was a large party of younger people staying so this could have been a one off incident.

מחירים מופקעים לשירותי כביסה.
ובכלל אפילו להזמין נהג דרכם עלה 50% אחוז יותר מאשר להזמין לבד.
המיקום מצויין, 5 דק מבית חבד, 5 דקות מהמרכז(אמנם בעלייה אבל זה נסבל)
המקום נעים מאוד.

In summary the room was amazing and we would definitely stay here again but the overall service could have been better.

The property was very clean and the room was absolutely amazing great views everything worked incredibly well

Cons:

The staff were quite slow and sometimes they weren't very attentive we booked for two nights and the staff didn't know or tell us that the restaurant was closed on one on one of the evenings and this is poor to not know this. Our room wasn't cleaned at the right time on one occasion. The staff we're not completely knowledgeable of everything at the hotel for example restaurant opening times for drinks and for dinner we also had to ask for the room to be cleaned. We attended breakfast the food was good however they didn't restock it quickly enough and some of the food was not hot

Pros:

Nice small hotel, limited facilities but has everything you need to stay for couple nights in Sapa. The room was clean and tidy, good shower with balcony. It locates a bit further from the main area, but still in walking distance for us. The most impressive thing for this stay was Nga at the front desk. She was very attentive, friendly, willing to assist and was the one how made our stay more comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast was quite limited, we were there for 3 nights and found that lack of variety.

A beautifully decorated hotel with lovely views.
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully decorated and is in a quiet location. The views are lovely.

Cons:

The rooms are comfortable but lack some functionality; the shower doesn’t have a screen and drains slowly resulting in a flooded bathroom floor, the ‘Do Not Disturb’ light switches off when you leave the room and there is no full length mirror. Cleaning could also be improved; there was hair on the bathroom floor and fruit left in the fridge.
