Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde olması dışında bir özelliği yok malesef.elemanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili.

Cons:

Yatak çarşafları ve nevresimler temiz değildi,kapıların kilitleri çok eski ve zor çalışıyor...otele geç giriş yapmamıza rağmen ,ne sabun ne şampuan ne tuvalet kağıdı konulmuş.istedik geldi.ayrıca bu 3lü priz sıkıntısı her otelde olduğu gibi buradada var. İsteyin getiriyorlar.

Worth the money
Pros:

It was a Pleasant stay . I went suddenly from Kandy for a holiday without even booking within 10-15min they arranged everything.Staff is very friendly. Try to get a room from 1st floor I think they are better than ground floor.great place located in the heart of the city easy access to most hikes you can just walk.

Little bit noicy.

Great experience- location, clean, staff!
Pros:

Location- We arrived and saw that the hotel is close to the center street, 2 minuts walk to the main street and without the noise.

The staff was welcoming, helped us with early check in!

Shashi and the rest of the staff were super nice and helpful- provided us with travel info and guides, and other help with whatever we asked!

The rooms were super clean, hot shower, space, and fan.

Loved our stay there!
No stairs and no hill!!!

Cons:

There is music (nice pop) until 23 because of the restaurant upstairs (: for us it didnt bother.

Home from Home
Pros:

This was my home for 5 nights. I was sorry to leave my Ella family. I had a wonderful stay here with great sleeps and a hot shower. The staff are superb and very friendly. Great food at their restaurants too and a good breakfast. I hope to visit again. A good place a few minutes easy walk away from the main hustle and bustle, so you can enjoy peace too.

Le petit déjeuner était très bien, la vue est sympa sur la terrasse

Cons:

Pas du tout insonorisé, nous avions l'impression de dormir dans la rue tellement tous les bruits était perceptibles. Pas de chance il y avait également des travaux juste à côté de notre chambre, donc davantage de bruits dès 8h du matin. La propreté de la salle de bain laisse à désirer

Heavens gate meet all my expectations as a female traveling solo the rooms was clean and they where always available to clean whenever I request and as well as hot shower and best location closer to most tourists view and the team are always ready to help and assist... One of the guys Shash was amazing he made me feel safe and always asking if there is anything he could do to make my stay easier by helping with transport and as well as going to an extend on tell me anytime I get lost I can always call him that was more than an accommodation it felt like home..... Thank Shash.

Good location
Pros:

The location was good, staff friendly, good breakfast. No hot water for shower but was rectified promptly

Cons:

Above the room door there is only a mosquito net so every bit of noise or light can be heard or seen finding it difficult to sleep. Lots of ants in the room, this maybe cant be helped with the climate. Outside the room building work is taking place with drilling going on from around 8 in the morning until nearly 9pm.

Bon emplacement, personnel sympa et offrant des conseils. Petit bar et belle terrasse. Petit déjeuner avec des fruits ce qui fait du bien au réveil.
