Passable - Revoir plusieurs points ( nettoyage- internet )

le rapport prix / qualtité et la localisation ( centre Taksim)

Cons:

connextion internet , mieux nettoyer - repondre aux demandes des clients quand ces derniers informent la reception de la presence d'un probleme ( chasse d'eau - joints mediocres cote douche)

Poor and Outdated Property
Pros:

Mehmet one of the staff member was an exceptional host. He tried his level best to facilitate me. However, the hotel fails at many things. Except the location, and Mehmet nothing much was good of this property for the price.

Cons:

They gave me a deluxe single room and not the deluxe double room confirmed through the pictures. They write that the room service shall be after every two days but they entered my room without informing on the next day of check-in. I had to then tell them not to enter my room. The room was dirty more like filthy. The quilt had stains like it has never been washed. The wooden tiled floor was wobbly and needs urgent fixing before someone has a fall. They do not have air-conditioning. I could not sleep in the night because the HVAC system was shut off. I kept on calling the reception where they told me the staff is new and does not know about it. Then they told me to open the window which was full of filth (can be seen in the pictures). It was so toasty every night that I woke up after every hour in sweat. The bathroom had a filthy door sill and the marble floor was an excellent recipe for falls. There are sharp edges in the toilet which can cause cuts and injuries at the property. I arrived at around 06:00pm tired from my flight and requested for some water, however, they refused to give me water except for the one that I already had in room ( a small 100ml plastic water container). I asked to pay for more because I was thirsty but they denied outrightly. I can confirm they do not have a mini-bar. I will let the audience be the judge from the pictures. Moreover, the do not disturb tag shows the perfect description of this hotel. It was broken and fixed with staples. I left some sealed bottled water for the next customer in hopes that they do not experience what I experience.

Pros:

Liegt gut mitten in einem coolen Stadtteil von Istanbul, gleich am Taksim-Platz. Nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Schönes, altes Haus.

Cons:

Leider etwas hellhörig bzw. wummert es ziemlich aus den Clubs hoch.
