Pros:

L’emplacement parfait, le personnel très aimable et serviable toujours à l’écoute du client. J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel la cuisine était très savoureuse. Je recommande fortement ! À refaire merci à l’équipe au top

Definitely not a 35 sq. m. room with a fireplace!
Cons:

We booked a deluxe room which purported to be 35 sq. m with a fireplace (on Booking.com). We arrived tired after a long 7 hr drive looking forward to a nice rest. Imagine our shock when we entered and saw a tiny room (about 12 sq. m.) barely larger than the bed. We had to keep our suitcases outside the room as they did not fit inside. When we complained, there was no apology - first they said the room we booked was having maintenance done, then said hotel photos are usually shot with a wide lens therefore not a true depiction + old Ottoman houses cannot have big rooms! They sent up a fruit plate and said they would move us to a larger room the next day. They did move us to a bigger room - but this too was nowhere near 35 sq. m nor was there a fireplace. In addition, loud music in the hotel blared till midnight. I don't usually complain so much, but I did not appreciate the attitude of the receptionist. It was clear they over/double booked but I did not pay for what we got in reality.

Good stay in centre Amasya
Pros:

Location is perfect. The mansion itself is perfect. Good breakfast.

Cons:

All night long, noises can be heard coming from the kitchen. Additionally, the music is far too loud until late in the evening. It is clearly audible and disturbing in the rooms. The rooms are also very noisy.

Pros:

Placeringen i byen ifht spisesteder og kultur. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale.

Cons:

Placering tæt på minaret og dårlig lydisolering i vinduerne. Generelt meget lydt mellem etager på hotellet. Ikke for gangbesværede.
Portionsanrettet morgenmad.

Konak havasını yaşadık.
Güler yüzle karşılandık,gayet samimi ilgilendiler.
Bahcesi çok otantik,çok hoşumuza gitti.
Çayla karşılandık,kahveyle uğurlandık.
Özellikle resepsiyon da damla hanım çok güler yüzlü içten bir insan.Tavsiye ediyorum herkese.

Not a second chance to stay there but I'd go to their restaurant again.
Pros:

The location is so good for a tourist to see Amasya City. The restaurant in the court is decorated perfectly and they served very delicious meals. Also they have some live Turkish Music on some days of the week.

Cons:

This hotel is built of an old house called Konak in the old times. The big problem is the noise from outside and from the room upper floor.
