The hotel was easy to get to and parking was good always a place to park staff was lovely

Safe parking area , very close to town centre . Would recommend hotel to friends .

Better than it looks from the outside. Clean. convenient location. Friendly staff. Cheap and cheerful.

we arrived early and was greeted by a lovely lady who was very welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and cozy and bed was really comfortable i think the room maybe had just been repainted which was nice to see,the only thing i didnt like was the code on the room door, it never worked for me but the lovely man on reception was in hand to help us out.

I have been here a few times now and it gets better everytime cheapest around skegness and clean with big tv

The cleanliness was very good, credit to the housekeeper and she was so friendly. The night dtaff left a lot to be desired and i often found him sleeping when i went out. The clientele that they have staying in this motel is not for the faint hearted, fights in the car park, cars racing in and out most the night. Poor, very poor. I wont stay there again as it is not safe for most people..

Property was ok drove past it twice as it wasn’t clear I didn’t notice Simoly Stay under The Simply Health sign. It was very clean and reception staff were very helpful.

Well i got home yest my suit case i unpacked and i left 100 pound in 5 20 pound notes in my case in a money bag n tht was for my rent for wen i got home and i noticed it had gone out my case wen i got to the train station to take it back out i need to know who the last house keeper was tht went in our room because some one has taken it my case had been moved from the corner of the room n i didnt think any thin of it then i got to.the train station for 1.pm my train time i couldnt ring the hotel up i had ran out of credit so i thought id report it here before i decide on wat my next steps are we had a lovely stay aprt from that at the hotel but its madden me as i cant pay my rent this month

Wasn’t expecting much as the price is cheap but was amazed at the quality of this. Large parking area. Friendly staff treated us at check in. Room was very spacious with a big comfy bed. Spotless bedding. Tea/coffee facilities in room. Wardrobe, drawers, tv. Small en suite bathroom with shower. Shampoo and shower gel products provided. Towels offered. The photos don’t do the rooms justice in my opinion. Would I use again. 100% yes.

Very clean bright room , parking was brilliant plenty of room . Staff friendly. Ideal for Skegness town . Quite would use again .
Take coffee biscuits provided. Ideal for what we needed

I have used this place a few times now
only had 1 bad experience
but it got resolved very quickly
Its a basic place to stay
but at the price you pay its fair enough
infact better than some of the other places nearby i only use it for an overnight stay somewhere to put my head normally very quiet

Cheap hotel which is good but no towels in room funny fish smell in bathroom no spoon for making tea..

There was a lot of litter just outside the property which made the area look dirty. However, the room was clean and very comfortable.

No where to eat nearest place was in to Skegness 20 mins away

Place it tidy a few fixtures and fittings could do with updating or fixed
Must be the cheapest around i have used this accommodation twice now and will again soon

Overall you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, they don't appear to offer breakfast, but there are places within a few minutes walk you can get breakfast. The room was clean and tidy, but narrow. We didn't have any towels on arrival, but after a quick word with reception they soon arrived. For an overnight stay it was okay.

It was horrendous nothing good about the property at all false advertising do not book
