Drinkable water is not for free. İn my opinion at least two bottles of water must be free of charge but they are not.

Parkkipaikkaa ei ollut
Aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä, tosin puuro oli ilman suolaa (miksi ihmeessä???!) ja tuorepuurossa oli liikaa sokeria. Leipävalikoima oli keskinkertainen. Vesihana on typerästi samassa mehun kanssa, mikä aiheuttaa turhaa jonotusta. Kahvin kanssa ei saanut kuumaa maitoa.
Parkkihallin kyltti väitti hallin olevan täynnä, joten en ajanut sinne. Tiskillä neuvottiin parkkeeraamaan läheiseen Koskikeskuksen parkkihalliin. Painavan laukun raahaaminen sieltä oli tuskaista. Tultuani takaisin tiskille, minua hetkeä aikaisemmin palvellut henkilö kertoi asiakkaalle parkkihallissa olevan tilaa, vaikka kyltti näytti "Täynnä". Jälkeeni tullut henkilö siis parkkeerasi tyytyväisesti hotellin parkkihalliin, josta on muutaman metrin kävelymatka hotellille. Olin varautunut siihen, että lataisin sähköauton hallissa yön yli. Tämä ei nyt tietenkään onnistunut, kun en päässyt hotellin halliin.
Bonuksena heräsin yli tuntia ennen herätyskelloa siihen, että joku oli tulossa huoneeseeni. Pelästyin niin, etten saanut unta enää, minkä seurauksena vietin raskaan työpäivän väsyneenä, ja meinasin nukahtaa rattiin ajomatkalla Helsinkiin. Tästä sain tiskillä asiasta mainittuani vain pahoittelut, kyseessä oli kuulemma huoltomiehet. Miten huonosti pitää järjestelmien tai prosessien toimia, jos huolto kävelee sisään huoneeseen, jossa on nukkuva asiakas??! Pahoittelut eivät korvaa menetettyjä yöunia tai menetettyä aikaa, jonka jouduin käyttämään lepopysähdyksiin (ja turhiin latauspysähdyksiin parkkihallisekoilun takia) kotimatkalla.
Aamiainen monipuolinen. Bonuksena tietysti tarjolla ollut mustamakkara. Sijainti on kävellen liikkeellä olevalle täydellinen.
