Bra läge. Personalen behöver öva på att se gästen, att le och säga god morgon är lite krävt av dem.
Pros:

Frukost var god. Utsikt från rummet var trevligt.

Cons:

Bristande städning( nötter under sängen, hotellinfopapper från förra gästen under sängfoten). Illaluktande toalett - mögel? Eftersom lukten fanns hela tiden. Ingen säger god morgon i reception eller vid frukost. Inga vänliga leende. Gästen är totalt osynlig för personal. Ska man ha barskåp fullt med alkohol och godis? Förslag att man vid bokning kan kryssa om man vill ha det eller inte.

Kaikin puolin onnistunut
Pros:

Aamiainen oli huippuhyvä, laaja, monipuolinen ja maukas. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi ja vähän enemmänkin.

Cons:

Saavuimme ruuhka-aikaan respaan ja siellä oli valtavat jonot. Käytimme sitten itsepalvelua. Tästä olisi voinut olla joku ohjaamassa jotta ei olisi turhaan tarvinnu jonottaa, kun sen olisi voinut itsekkin tehdä.

Pros:

Huone kylpytakilla, ammeella ja mitä kauneimmalla koskimaisemalla toimii aina. Näillä tyynyillä saa myös hyvin unen, sopivan pehmeät. Huoneen sisustus on viihtyisä. Ilmastointi ei hurise, vaikuta unensaantiin. Aamiainen on herkullinen, henkilökunta respassa oikein mukavia, eloisia. Kaikkineen viihtyisä paikka. Sauna-ja allasosastolle en valitettavasti ehtinyt vielä tälläkään kertaa.

Cons:

Aamiaisella työntekijät eivät tervehtineet. Pöydistä tultiin hakemaan astioita vailla mitään reaktioita, huomenia, hymyä.
Kylpyyn mennessä ois ihana saada vain se yksi roikkovalaisin päälle, tunnelmallinen, mutta molemmilla vierailuillani heti perään syttyy peilin ympäröivät kirkkaat valot myös päälle.

Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä, hotelli ja huoneet siistit. Sijainti tarpeisiin nähden täydellinen.
