Great location
Pros:

Lovely little apartment with everything we needed. Comfy bed, kitchenette with all requirements and a sparkling clean bathroom. Great location with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and the public transport is handy for all Island attractions.

Cons:

Only problem for me was that the lift was out of order and we were on the second floor. We were offered a room on a lower floor if desired, but I really liked the room we had so just managed for the few days we were here.

Établissement très chaleureux et confortable !
Pros:

Nous ne sommes resté s’une nuit. L’emplacement était parfait, très proche de la sortie du ferry.
Nous avons reçu un accueil charmant et chaleureux avec notre chien et cerise sur le gâteau la personne parlait français !
Nous avons bénéficié gracieusement d’un logement plus spacieux que prévu !
L’emplacement et calme et les lits très confortables.
La petite cuisine est un vrai plus.

Wish I'd went earlier and stayed longer.
Pros:

A very warm welcome greeted me. I felt immediately comfortable and relaxed into "holiday mode".
As the days rolled on, it got more impressive as nothing fazed the staff, who were very patient and helpful, as I have a health condition.

Cons:

The room was recently furnished with modern decor, and a cracking addition was a prep/kitchenette area, which made it feel like a home from home. I didn't want to leave. I was so comfortable,

Perfect base for exploring Jersey for a family with kids
Pros:

Conveniently located within walking distance of St Helier’s centre and the main bus station. The in-room kitchenette made it easy to prepare comfortable breakfasts and snacks.

Bon séjour
Pros:

- Un appartement avec cuisine bien situé pour aller se promener sur l'île. Il était confortable et fonctionnel pour un prix très correct,
- Personnel très agréable

Cons:

- L'isolation sonore est très limite. Heureusement nous sommes tombés sur des voisins qui ont été très calmes au moment de dormir.
- La lumière du couloir qui ne peut pas être éteinte et qui filtre sous la porte.
- Le mail après réservation un peu brut qui annonce qu'on ne sera pas remboursé si problème de météo et qu'on ne peut pas se garer. Il serait judicieux d'indiquer dans ce mail que le parking "Patriotic street car park" est à moins de 10 minutes à pied avec des tarifs avantageux (gratuit la nuit et le dimanche), afin d'éviter que les hôtes ne tournent en rond.

Good location, comfortable apartment but cold kitchen and bathroom.
Pros:

The location was good, the beds were very comfy and the shower was very good. Handy to have tvs in the bedrooms too. There is a lovely garden which would be great to use in warmer months. The tea/coffee/sugar and water bottles were a nice touch but were not replenished.

Cons:

There is no heating in the kitchen and it was very cold. The towel rail in the bathroom is not hot enough to give off any heat in the room or dry the towels well. There is no hanging space in the bathroom or bedrooms although there are wardrobes in the lounge. A table lamp or side light and some soft furnishings like cushions would be helpful in the lounge. More towel/tea towels for the kitchen would be good.
