Breakfast had ample choice and cooked breakfast was tasty. Room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities. Lots of parking available at the hotel.
Real coffee would be nice.
Nice comfortable bed
All the food seemed to be deep fried!! 70s basket meals!!!!
Room and bathroom excellent
Bar area very relaxing
We travelled as a family of 6. We were made to feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for making us all feel so welcome 🥰
Traditional quaint Welsh dwellings 😊👍
Lovely owners Nadine and Nicole who couldn’t help enough.
Our room was a high standard, comfortable, no noise, good breakfast - overall really happy with our stay.
Also very dog friendly which is a bonus. Our dog loved it.
We would definitely go back
Thank you for such a warm welcome ladies x
The two owners were so friendly and went out of their way to help us . They were understanding of our situation and remained flexible through out our stay . We had a lovely evening meal on our first night and tasty breakfast both mornings

Nothing!
The hotel was dingy and tired
Everything!
The staff were aggressive, rude and unprofessional and one of them told myself and my wife to "Fuck off" I almost rang the Police!!!
Listed building with character.
Friendly helpful staff.
Nice freshly cooked breakfast.
Great choice at breakfast. Lovely room with good facilities. Staff very happy to help with anything they can
The breakfast was very good and you can have exactly what you want. Food is available in the evenings on some days and they do a Sunday dinner. There is a bar, which is open depending on business.
The entrance from the carpark to the rooms is quite level, only 1 step. There is a staircase to the lower floor, for dining room and bar, with various steps after but you can walk around if you wish. I walk with a stick and managed well.
The accommodation is close to Lampeter, where you have restaurants, takeaway, cafe's, pubs, Sainsbury's and a Premier shop. There is also a Nisa and a Pizza and Kebab place over the road from the Hotel and a pub in easy walking distance.
I found the bed low but this perhaps has to do with a bad back. The matress could use a topper.
Very comfy homely feel about the whole place
The woman who checked us in and who served us breakfast was very friendly. It was also thoughtful of her to bring our dog a sausage for breakfast! The building itself was beautiful too.
Several things really let it down though; firstly, the bed was seriously the most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept on! Not only did it squeak horrendously with every single movement, but the bed was really low, and the mattress seriously needs replacing - we are two short women and it squished so much that you could literally feel every one of the slats underneath. It also badly dipped in the middle. I managed all of 2 hours sleep, and since our stay have had horrendous knee pain and my wife has had hip pain. Neither of us has experienced this before.
The duvet was also not wide enough, so when the heating went off in the night we were freezing...mind you we kept rolling into each other in the middle of the bed due to the awful mattress! The pillows badly need replacing too as they were just a soft, lumpy mess.
Breakfast was cooked perfectly, though you could tell that the ingredients were sadly really cheap, low quality. Also, all the condiments such as jars of brown sauce and ketchup sachets were very out of date! There's no excuse for that and kind of put us off eating. The breakfast room was also freezing cold and draughty, even though we were sat next to the radiator and my wife experiences menopause hot flushes!!
We also booked it assuming we'd be able to eat at dinner as they serve food, but in the morning we had a text telling us that the kitchen would be closed due to a "private party". Not great seeing as it was Easter weekend and it should have been made clear upon booking.
We were only staying 1 night as there was a storm forecast meaning that we couldn't stay in our caravan that night....I wish we had have done as I'd probably have got more sleep! As someone with epilepsy I need sleep, but didn't get any here.
