Cons:

I would like to reiterate my issue. When I reached the property, the hotel receptionist informed me that they had not received any booking/request corresponding to my booking number and therefore they could not provide me with the room.
I tried to contact Booking.com at that time, but I was unable to get assistance. Since it was already night and I had no accommodation, I faced considerable inconvenience and had to cancel the booking.
I therefore request you to please investigate this matter with the property and process a full refund of ₹677.25, as the room was not provided to me.
I have attached my booking receipt as proof of the reservation and payment. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

Cons:

check-in time is 12 but we didn't get our room till 3 pm. we are waiting at the reception but no one asked for a glass of water even. and after 3 they give us room and next day in the evening asked us to vacant the room, as they provide us premium room, but the time of allocation they didn't told us.when we vacant the room at 1 pm they charged extra amount
