Pros:

Very good location. Literally in front of Sapa Station. Walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. The hotel was spacious with hot water and hair dryer. Bed was clean and no smell or molds which was nice.

Cons:

Too much noise from other guests. Our room was on the 4th floor and they didn’t have elevators only stairs.

Sau khi tôi báo hủy 1 tối ngày 24 thì khách sạn báo trả 60k tiền phí hủy trên app
Nhưng tôi ở thêm 2h nữa là từ 12h ngày 24 đến 14h lúc trả phòng mà phải trả thêm 200k cho 2h nghỉ thêm và 60k phí hủy phòng trong khi tôi ở cả ngày có 400k

Sehr gute Lage. Check-in und Check-out funktionierten problemlos, trotz kleiner Sprachbarrieren. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich

Cons:

Ich war im Januar dort und konnte nicht nachvollziehen, warum bei den kalten Temperaturen ständig und überall Türen offenstanden. Dadurch war es kaum möglich, das Zimmer ausreichend aufzuheizen – selbst über die Klimaanlage, die nur eingeschränkt funktionierte. Warmes Wasser war lediglich für maximal fünf Minuten verfügbar. Zudem schien die Abluft im Badezimmer seit längerer Zeit nicht gereinigt worden zu sein. Ein erneuter Aufenthalt ist für mich daher nahezu ausgeschlossen, da man sich insgesamt nicht ernst genommen und eher über den Tisch gezogen fühlt.

The location, even though the door closes at 11pm, you can still enter the hotel. The guy was very kind and patient.

Cons:

There are some renovations in the back that cause noise from 7AM. No problem if you wake up early though. Soap in the bathroom needs to be refilled timely

Pros:

It’s in the prime location where everything is just so accessible—Sun Plaza, Stone Church, Moana Sapa, and different restaurant and coffee shops, massage, etc. The hotel room is big enough for 1 or 2 people and it has really nice bathroom. No need for AC since Sapa is cold anyway but the room has one. The lady owner/receptionist was very accommodating and warm—she easily accommodated my request for 1 night extension and ask if I need anything in the room. The hotel entrance is also a shop which closes at 11PM but should you find yourself locked out or had to go outside late at night, you can ring the doorbell outside so their staff can open the door for you. 100/100, truly satisfied with my stay here!
