No hot water for shower in the evening
Pros:

The property was in a good location, close to lots of nice restaurants and shops.

Cons:

I didn’t have any hot water for my shower on either night I stayed. Only one morning had warm water.
The bed sheets looked stained.

Mediocre stay at a mediocre hotel
Pros:

The location and the big room is with no doubt the best thing about this hotel.

Cons:

The rooms are not clean! Too much dust everywhere and it seems that the rooms are not properly taken care of. There were stains on the beds , and although I asked them to change it, again there were in other parts. Also one day when they changed the towels there were dark spots on the corners. They even came (with technicians) while I had checked in to change the shower, and they did during the time o wa trying to rest (after knocking o my door, calling me on the hotel phone and knocking again!) there is no safety box and the amenities are just basic. Both ladies at the reception are , if not rude, simply don’t care of you check in or you Check out. Although as mentioned in other comments, the pool is just a pod with some water.

Pros:

Ubicación perfecta. Cama extra comoda. Chek in antes de la hora y consigna de maletas cuando tuvimos que dejar la habitación hasta que nos fuimos de la ciudad.

Cons:

El suelo de la ducha tenia recuerdos de otros huespedes. El agua no salia caliente.

Praktisch gelegen aber man sollte keine zu hohen Erwartungen haben.
Pros:

Sehr saubere Unterkunft und mitten im Herzen von Merida. Jeden Tag Zimmerservice. Das Bett ist super bequem und die Bettwäsche sehr angenehm!

Cons:

Leider sehr unangenehmer Raumduft. Kein Föhn. Recht laut von der Straße aber ist ja auch mitten im Zentrum.

Nice location with great staff but needs basic facility upgrades
Pros:

Location, staff.

Cons:

We were not aware at the time of booking check-in was on second floor and no elevators to rooms. No bellman
No hot water in room 21 either day of our 2 day stay. No safe. no hairdryer. Plus was that bottled water was replenished daily

La ducha no funcionó, no salía agua caliente nos quejamos y nos dijeron que lo arreglaban, lo arreglaron un momento pero volvió a fallar y tuvimos que pedir un cambio de habitación
