Por elegir la opción más económica indicada en Booking se me asignó la habitación en planta baja junto a una piscina y baños públicos ....
En la habitación no había agua caliente y tenía cucarachas
No sabía que en la noche/madrugada había mucho ruido por los bares de la zona
Hotel céntrico en la ciudad, en pleno parque Santa Lucía, uno de los iconos de la ciudad. Camas cómoda aunque las sábanas estaban sucias.
La habitación y el baño tienen mucha humedad, el olor no se iba y no se secaban las toallas.
además el hotel tiene acceso directo desde la calle sin una recepción como tal.
Por las noches había gente bañándose en la piscina aunque no estaba permitiendo, provocando ruido.

The hot water in the bathroom was temperamental - would only get hot water for four or so mins then be cold again and happened randomly
La calidad de las instalaciones,muebles y ropa de cama es exelente y a pesar de su ubicación tan céntrica se aisla del ruido y puedes descansar adecuadamente .
Desafortunadamente a mí llegada tuve q pedir q me cambiarán toda la ropa de cama pues encontré cabellos del anterior huésped y las almohadas olían al humor de otra persona , y en la regadera también encontré cabellos del huésped anterior .
En repetidas ocasiones tuve q solicitar botellas de agua y de UE colocarán sábanas planas
El hotel es muy cómodo
El personal de limpieza es descuidado y la verdad que lastima por qué demeritan el esfuerzo del dueño en la inversión que realizó en la calidad de la ropa de cama, comodidad e instalaciones del hotel.

Muy lindo el hotel. Ideal para descansar. Mi habitación estaba cerca de las escaleras y aún así muy tranquilo.

Location is superb. Santa Lucia Park is The location is excellent. Santa Lucia Park is just across the street, less than a one-minute walk away.
The airport bus (Route 701) also stops very close to the hotel — about a one-minute walk — which makes arriving from the airport very convenient.
The hotel is located on a commercial street, so it feels safe walking outside at night.
The room is quite spacious and quiet, and it has air conditioning. Overall, a comfortable stay.
The hot water supply is inconsistent. There is usually only hot water for about 2–3 minutes before it turns cold, and the water pressure is quite low. This can make washing long hair difficult. I reported this issue, but there was no noticeable improvement.
Although the bath towels were changed daily, there were almost always visible stains (such as black, reddish, or gray marks), which was concerning and affected the overall sense of cleanliness.
There is a small refrigerator at the front desk where guests can store items upon request. However, having a mini fridge in each room, or a larger shared refrigerator in a common area, would be more convenient.
The room itself is spacious, but there is no chair, which makes it slightly inconvenient. There is only a half-length mirror in the bathroom and no full-body mirror.
Excellent location. Friendly bi-lingual reception staff, provided directions to nearby convenience store and good advice for early morning transport to the Mérida Teya (Tren Maya) station.
Balcony room faced street, very noisy at night. No chair or desk to work from, cabinet dresser only. No refrigerator. No hot water in shower. Two small bottles of water the only room amenity. Urban camping in a large hotel room.
We only stayed one night because we were flying out the next day. I do not think I would stay there if I was going to spend more time in Merida.
