Very easy to find and checkin was a breeze
If you stay there and prepare food, you need to eat outside. Maybe a fraction to small. They might need to close the stoep’ with windows, then it will be great.

I love the quietness. That it has a pool too

It felt homey.
They didn’t have king sized beds. The property only has x1 cot. I personally don’t like bathrooms with a shower in the bath tub. The receptionist was horrible- she just wanted to get the check-in process over and done with, she’s not approachable.
The location is excellent- close to the town, shopping malls and the mosque.
Our chalet was cleaned every day (bins cleaned and towels replaced).
Good facilities (games, pool, tennis, drinks available in the games room if we did not want to drive out).
Our stay was very quiet and relaxing. We stayed right opposite the pool and close to the park and facilities so we didn’t have to walk far for our daughter to enjoy herself during the day and evening.
Full DStv package.
The fridge was insanely small and the freezer was smaller than the microwave. We could barely fit our meat inside and the meat that we kept in the fridge eventually went off before we could eat it. Just because we were 3 people didn’t mean that we didn’t need fridge and freezer space. We struggled to find halaal meat in George so we basically couldn’t braai any meat and were forced to just have pies from the shop or eat at Nando’s.
The pool is quite small- when the lodge was fuller on our first day, there wasn’t really much space in the pool because the shallow end isn’t as big as the deeper side. It would be great if there was another pool that was bigger added to the property.
The games room opened later than the times we were given and closes very early so the fun basically ends in the evening.
There were no lights that were on by the pool area, tennis courts and park area when it was dark so we were forced to go back to our chalet since we couldn’t see anything.
I think we would have enjoyed our time even more if we could have spent more time outside of our chalet with the activities and games on the resort.
The shower door kept moving and even when it was still, the water leaked onto the bathroom floor so it was always soaking wet after a shower. The mop couldn’t even soak the water.
Everything

The game room
The roadworks to the entrance made it difficult to get there.
The fan wasn't working properly
The facilities being secured, cosy and well kept
Our neighbours were a bit noisy late into the night.
It was very child friendly.
Nothing really. You got what you paid for
It had everything one needed in a self catering unit
The host should consider the following :
1. Have more TV channels. Kids were not too happy with channels available.
2. Install light at the braai facility. It was a bit dark
