Room next to lift . And the continental breakfast not included anymore. Bit steep for £9.95

Czystosc, ktorej praktycznie nie bylo, wykladzina dywanowa poplamiona ze sladami niewiadomego pochodzenia, plesn w lazience, rozpadajacy sie prysznic przy kazdym dotknieciu, niedzialajace swiatlo nad lustrem w lazience z duza warstwa kurzu na niej, brak nawet mini lodowki w pokoju
I think it was very over priced for the state of the rooms
The room was really dirty, dirty hand prints down the walls, mould in the window and bathroom, window wedged open with an old coffee mate tin. Bed side table all peeling wood. I paid more to stay in Liverpool because it was my daughter’s birthday, I thought we were getting a lovely room from the pictures on booking.com there was lots more photos but can only add 4, there was dirty marks covering all the walls, not just a few like someone had dragged oil covered hands down the walls
ideally sighted for train station and the city centre . staff very helpful and nothing was to much . it was a busy day and the staff helped us out with things has my wife has stage 4 cancer . i know its an old hotel but there`s a lot been done to improve the appearance and quality of service . thank you for every thing
there could have been a few more hooks in the room to hang things up and even possibly a small wardrobe . otherwise the room was alright for our stay . i know the rooms are still being refurblshed and still need work but are well done . it takes time to improve a hotel and i hope others see the same .
Great location close to the station and city
Lift only goes to second floor and I was on the third floor, my shower wasn’t working but luckily I stayed with friends so had to use their shower the next morning.

La habitación era grande y tenía un baño igual de grande. La cama muy cómoda y la ropa de cama abrigada. Era una habitación tranquila. Tenía un televisor bastante grande. Fue un lugar que estuvo bien para pasar la noche y seguir. Los empleados del hotel muy amables y atentos.

The staff were all super friendly & its right beside the train station so perfect location. Theirs a witberspoon next door so u can get cheap hot breakfast if required.
The carpets looked a bit old but its clear to see there making alot of changes all fir the better. I have stayed here alot as down so football so all negatives would bd very unfair as there working hard to get up to a way better standard again

Property was in an awful condition. Evidence of a previous leak on the ceiling which had been poorly made good. Corner of the room was poorly touched up with a different colour paint. Extractor fan didn’t work and was covered in dust.
