Pros:

Very good location to the station and town, everything right on the doorstep. The gentleman on reception went above and beyond to be helpful, nothing was to much trouble and he was lovely and friendly, I believe he'd only worked there for 2 weeks

Cons:

The water in the bathroom tap didn't get warm and the massive plug hole wasn't covered so if u dropped your toothbrush or anything in the sink it would of gone straight down the hole

Very friendly reception available anytime and offered useful tip for stay. But comfy and very quiet room.

City centre perfect location

Cons:

Nothing to say here. Lots of steps but there is an elevator.

Shabby but comfortable
Pros:

- Extremely well-located, right around the corner from Lime Street station and next door to the venue I was in Liverpool to see a show at!
- Staff were very friendly and helpful
- Bed was comfy
- Room was ideal for a solo one-night stay
- Appreciated having a private bathroom
- Good to see a lift for upper floor rooms.

Cons:

Will pre-empt by saying there was a sign in reception saying refurbishment works were taking place. However, during my visit:
- No plug sockets near bed
- No bedside table (improvised with the desk chair)
- Room very dated
- Cracks in skirting boards
- Blockage in shower pipes meant water drained very slowly
- Hotel location meant plenty of outside noise, not great when having to keep the window open on a warm night (thankfully I had earplugs)

I was blown away by the amazing helpfulness of Ben on reception who was new to the job he was amazing 🤩so handy for lime street

Cons:

The room was clean and quiet but the toilet was noisy I did tell staff on leaving .. the complimentary continental breakfast lacked visual appeal no serviettes supplied but I only had toast so it suited me ok
