Pros:

The location and setting was beautiful with Tam Coc a short grab away. The staff were very helpful making it a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

Seem to have some water leak issues, no trouble to relocate rooms.

מלון בוטיק שקט ויפהפה עם בריכה מדהימה ונוף חבל
על הזמן.
נקי מאוד, יש נטפליקס בטלוויזיה, שירותים ומקלחת נוחים ונקיים ומיטה נוחה.
הצוות היה מצוין ואפילו לקחנו עוד לילה כי מאוד נהננו

Really enjoyed the stay by the perfect location as it is by nature

Really enjoyed the stay there staff were very friendly and accommodating. Especially the receptionist, I see the man sleeping behind the reception desk without talking a proper rest only to be available to the guest at the hotel to provide an exceptional service.

Overall it was a nice and pleasant stay. We loved hearing the roosters and breakfast was lovely.
Pros:

I love the outside of the hotel, it looked very elegant with a European feel in the middle of nature which is a rare find. I also love the big size painted print on the wall of the lobby. The host who greeted us at check-in was welcoming and offered to take a photo of us with the beautiful cliff backdrop from behind. I love the pretty balcony from our guestroom and we loved how we were facing the front of the hotel with the beautiful tree as scenery.

Cons:

The shower door does not provide adequate sealing as water does leak outside and pools onto the floor area soaking the bath floor mat. The shower gel pump was broken so unable to pump out the shower gel. Not enough hangers in the wardrobe, only 3 were available.

Good value, nice staff, but a little dated.
Pros:

The hotel has a nice exterior, a great pool, and very spacious rooms. We also appreciated the free room upgrade, as well as the free bicycles, raincoats, and cookies.

Cons:

The hotel is quite dated, especially the bathrooms, and cleanliness could be improved. We had some issues with the bathroom and sink, and some rooms had a slightly damp smell. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special.

Bardzo wygodne łóżka, posciel bardzo dobrej jakości, duży, wygodny pokoj oraz dobrze wyposażona łazienka. Cudowne otoczenie hotelu, piękna roślinność podświetlona wieczorem. Basen bardzo ładny, pięknie wkomponowany w otoczenie. Śniadanie dobre. Przemiła obsługa w restauracji i w recepcji. Po wymeldowaniu pozwolono nam zostawić bagaże, korzystac z basenu i łazienki z prysznicem. Bardzo chętnie wrócimy.
