Pros:

Accoglienza e gentilezza dello staff. Possibilità di mangiare nel ristorante dell'hotel alla carta con prezzi ragionevoli. Ottima colazione a buffet dolce e salata con prodotti locali e possibilità di portate cotte sul momento.

Pros:

Malheureusement l'emplacement et les commodités par rapport au photos du site de booking.com ne reflété pas la réalité. Nous avons appréciés la gentillesse de la réceptionniste contrairement au manager.

Cons:

La façon hautaine et agressive de la manager lors de son appel téléphonique. Cette personne a manqué de classe et de politesse dans sa façon de parler. Nous avons annulé cette réservation en payant les frais de 181euros sur le prix de 360 euros environ car la réalité était loin de ce qu'il y avait sur le site. Nous avons préférés partir plutôt que rester.
Nous avons surtout été interloqué par le comportement de la manager.

Pros:

Bello affacciarsi su fiume, boschi, montagne. Buono il ristorante, bunet fantastico. Personale gentile e sorridente. Bagno e camera puliti.

Cons:

Struttura un po' datata anche se parzialmente ristrutturata. Suggerisco di eliminare la moquette! Letto e cuscino troppo morbidi.

Sehr freundlich geführtes Haus. Tolle Zimmer, alles sauber und vorhanden. Küche sehr lecker. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Wird außerhalb von Ormea an einer Hauptstraße. Nachts war es aber ruhig.

Pros:

Beautiful location, very good food and super friendly staff!
The room was clean and everyone very helpful even tho we arrived later than expected they have been so nice and we had late dinner at their restaurant.
I definitely recommend this place if you want a peaceful place to stay.
