Great property! Enjoyable stay!

Steep stairs if you are on the second floor. With young children or elderly opt for ground floor

Pros:

What a fabulous place in an amazing location, just a few moments walk from the best cafes and bakeries / many temples / night market etc, yet it’s somehow so peaceful at Pha Nya. Our family room was lovely with very comfortable beds and lots of space for the 4 of us. We even looked out onto the entrance of a smaller temple and could watch the monks set off on their early morning walk to collect alms….quite magical. The staff were helpful and friendly, we really could not fault anything. Would absolutely return :)

A fantastic place to explore Luang Prabang from.
Pros:

I had heard so many great things about Luang Prabang, I wanted to check it out. My stay at the Pha Nya Residence was outstanding. Check in was easy, the staff was so very friendly, and the location was great. The breakfast was also very good - try the Northern Lao soup. It was great and I had it every day.

オーナーはスイス出身の方でインテリアの趣味がとても良く　居心地が良かったです。ライブラリーがありその奥にあるトイレの趣味のよさにも感嘆しました。備えてある備品もすべて良い物で安心して過ごせました。スタッフは常に声を掛けてくれるので気軽に質問できます。場所も中心部なので便利です。宿泊すると10点が納得できます。タオル交換やベッドメイクの回数は相談できます。湯温は水流を少なくすると上がります。大満足の滞在でした。

Pros:

This hotel is fabulous in every way
The owners are incredibly welcoming and friendly and all their recommendations were superb. The hotel itself has beautiful decor, comfortable beds and is very clean and very central. Excellent value for money
Do try a gin with homemade tonic on the lovely terrace Can’t wait to go back
