Terrible experience with the resort made our stay and trip unpleasant
Pros:

We booked this resort based on good review and even we contacted resort owner and then only we booked for 1 day stay with breakfast included. While booking they said only one room was available all other rooms are booked. But when we check in the resort, we got shock because we were the only stay. We reached there by
around 8:00 am. Many disappointments with this resort within just half an hour of stay. Flush didn't worked in the washroom. Room was not cleaned. No breakfast. No beverages.
No phone to contact receptionist. Unprofessional staffs.
Everytime we need to go to reception to make complaint.Even they don't how to make decisions and resolve customer issues in the room.
The owner just waited only for our payment and he went out of station the very next moment and we were unable to contact him.The bad truth is even receptionist don't know the contact of owner, they were unable to reach him.
I haven't seen any resort or hotel where breakfast gets over before 8 am. Infact they did not even ask if they can arrange atleast some hot beverages. They don't care for customers who stay. Money minded resort. It made our stay unpleasant. People can't enjoy in Kodaikanal if a person gets resort like this.
Our overall experience with this resort is terrible.
Please don't book/go for this resort. You will get disappointed.

Memorable and Plesant stay. Thoroughly enjoyed.
Pros:

The location is conveniently accessible and in close proximity to major attractions. We enjoyed a tranquil and serene stay, complemented by delectable breakfast and dinner. The staff are exceptionally polite and courteous. I wish to recommend strongly to anyone who wish to have a memorable stay.

Great place to stay overlooking lake in peaceful location.
Pros:

Lovely location overlooking lake. Walking distance to town. Very clean and comfortable. Private and spacious. Comfortable bed, good outside space.
Very well managed and staff very friendly and helpful with lots of advice on local activities etc. The manager speaks excellent English. Indian breakfast good, with alternatives available on request.
