Beautiful hotel walking distance from the beach and shops. We were the only guests because it was low season so it was very peaceful and quiet. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable with hot showers and working Aircon.
I really liked this place. Cleanliness of the territory and in the room. In terms of price-quality ratio you won't find a better place, rest assured. And the breakfast is so plentiful. I definitely recommend it 100 percent.

Very beautiful place! Nice and cozy! Feel like you visited people you know long time ! Most delicious breakfast on Shri Lanka, a lots of fresh fruits. The owner and his family doing everything to make you feel like at home!

Good location very friendly staff
Our room didn’t have A/C but others did an oversight on our part for not choosing such a room
Location quiet, walkable to the beach (5min), friendly staff that made an effort, but hard to communicate with. A/C was working well, though bit loud.
We came off-season and booked only 10h before check-in, and arrived at an empty hotel with nobody there. We received a call after 30min, and could sort out the situation with our local driver (there was no communication/ confirmation in advance which made us worry). Staff was in general hard to communicate with in English, breakfast bit uninspiring compared to other hotels of similar price class.
The single bed in the room very small (70 cm). All in all relatively average, which might be due to the fact we came off-season.
