I had a great stay!
Pros:

I like the service which was provided by
Ameerah, Faisal and Meaad. So kindly and respectful!
These people are doing a good job. My check in and check out was very smooth.
Thank you guys! This is my second time in this hotel and there are going t be more. It was like i was home, very comfortable. There is always a bus waiting for you to bring you within 3 minutes to haram.

Cons:

There is no supermarket or eatfacilities in this area.

Excellent location with round-the-clock bus service to the Haram, a quick commute with little traffic, and ample parking available.

Cons:

A bedbug was found on the blanket, and room service promptly arranged a room change. I recommend more frequent pest control measures throughout all towers.
