We made 2 bookings and texted the hotel beforehand for a shuttle and general questions. We didn’t receive an answer. As we arrived there was no one at the reception. The security guy called this pretty unfriendly lady. Fortunately, we had someone with us talking the local language as no one spoke English. They told us they only received one booking because they were having problems with the main hotel and didn’t want to give us the room. After a lot of talking we finally got two rooms (both were paid beforehand). We were the only guests at the hotel. The breakfast was really basic.
