The staff was very nice and very helpful

Cons:

The hotel needs some improvements. Each morning at 6:00 a.m. you get waking up too loud hammering noise because there's a shoe factory above the hotel and the noise is too much The things need to be more up-to-date. There was a TV but the TV didn't work. There was a sink but the sink didn't work. It had no plumbing hook to it so it needs some improvement and the location is not good. If you're a woman by yourself, it's on the side street so not comfortable at night time

Единственный плюс это расположение, недалеко от всех достопримечательностей

Cons:

Номер грязный, персонал разговаривает нехотя, проблемы решать не хотят. И еще ремонт начали, сверлили с 7 утра. Мы сбежали из этой гостиницы со скандалом т.к. деньги за дни оставшиеся дни нам не хотели отдавать. Но и жить с постоянным шумом было не возможно там.

Fiyat performans olarak iyi bir hotel konaklama dışında bir beklentim yoktu alışveriş ve turizm amaçlı bir ziyaret gerçekleştirdim odalar temiz güler yüzlü personal ve konum olarak güzel bir hotel

Cons:

Hotelin müşterilerden otopark ücreti alması bana çok ilginç geldi daha önce Türkiye’de Yünanistanda Bulgaristan’da İtalya’da İspanyada bir çok hotele turist olarak gittim hiç bir hotelde müşterilerden otopark ücreti alındığını görmedim. Belkide bana den gelmedi açıklama kısmında belirtilmiş günlük 15 Euro fiyat daha uygun olmalıydı yada hiç olmamalıydı bu benim şahsi fikrim.

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel (long stay), the room was clean confortable and quiet, the hotel is not far from tram station 5 minutes so well located.
Thank you Muhammad the manager for the very good care and daily attention, he arranged me for everything I felt like home and in safe place. This is a very friendly and family or solo traveller hotel I do recommend Valeria for the quality of service and affordable price.
Thank you for everything I will surely come back!

Pros:

Boli sme blízko pamiatok a centra. Personál bol veľmi milý a pohostinný. Taktiež nám ukázali, čo si ísť pozrieť a dali rady. Šampón a sprchový gél bol poskytnutý.

Cons:

Izba by mohla byť čistejšia. V kúpeľni bol 1 vešiak odlomený a tak si druhá osoba nemala kde zavesiť veci. Pritom by bolo tak jednoduché tam dať ďalší háčik. Batéria z umývadla pretekala na zem. Batéria v kúpeľni bola v zlom stave a voda tiekla zovšadiaľ. Taktiež odporúčam pre ľudí, ktorým nevadí že dvere do kúpeľne aj do sprchy sú z priehľadného skla.

Escale rapide entre deux avions, personnel très sympa, très bon accueil, même en pleine nuit.
Pros:

Le personnel charmant, serviable, très sympathique. Bonne chambre, confortable. Un super café restau au coin de la rue.

Cons:

Il manquait une couverture, car il faisait un peu froid. Et l'eau de la salle-de-bain parfois n'était pas chaude.

Would recommend :)
Pros:

Hosts were lovely and very helpful, the rooms are big and comfortable. There are AC units, fridge, iron, hairdryer, etc. The Location was perfect.
