I had a fantastic stay at The Grafton Hotel. The location is ideal—central, convenient, and perfect for exploring Dublin on foot. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a modern, stylish feel while still being warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well thought out, making it easy to relax after a busy day. What really stood out, though, was the service. Noel, the concierge, was absolutely superb—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the stay special. His recommendations and willingness to help made a real difference.

The building is convoluted, due to the combining of several buildings. There’s nothing that can be done to change this, but it’s down the hall, up, over, down. Happens with older building combinations.

A stunning hotel with a great, big heart!
Pros:

We arrived on a flight from Philadelphia that was fraught with cancellations, rebooking, and stress! We arrived much earlier than expected. A 5:30am arrival. When we arrived at the Grafton with our rented car, we were simply shattered. I even offered to pay for the previous night because we just wanted to relax. Do you know they were able to give us our room immediately?! I could have cried! We took a short disco nap and felt completely refreshed! They literally saved our trip!! Truly, their kindness and graciousness was unsurpassed!! As a single Mom traveling with my young teen, I just felt heard and seen. Plus, the hotel is central to everything and gorgeous! Also, they recommend the perfect cozy lunch pub right up the street. Thank you, Grafton!! You started our journey on the right foot!! xoxo
