Room was a bit small
Bed was so comfortable. The view from our room was fun - got to see the pub and pizza place across the street hoppin' on a Friday and Saturday night but there was no noise coming in the room. The front desk staff were helping reserving us taxis. The bar had good food and was lively on the Saturday we were there with a mix of all ages. The location was superb, you could walk to so many restaurants, pubs and stores.
We didn't get to stay long enough!

The ambience is electric. The room ,411, was one of the best rooms we've stayed in, and we are ex-Shelbourne hotel staff, and stayed there once before!
The room rate was a bit pricey
The property is in a great location to be able to walk most places. It was super clean, very safe feeling and very friendly staff
We arrived very early in the morning and they were able to accommodate an early check in … so fantastic
The inky complain was how warm 5e room was and although we turned the temp down, it didn’t really seem to change … but it could have been too cold and that would have been so horrible!

Great hotel - top location, nice vibe, reception staff very welcoming and helpful, amazing breakfast.
Once you get past the main communal areas, the hotel decor is a bit tired.
Bar staff weren’t very attentive - more interested in chatting with each other!
