Fabulous central hotel
Pros:

This hotel is very centrally located. Car parking is almost right beside for €20 for 24 hours. The hotel is very atttractively decorated and is fresh and bright and extremely clean. Staff are exceptional. Breakfast was fantastic, delicious and plentiful and the restaurant is very comfortable. We were luckily upgraded to a top floor terrace room which was really lovely (and appreciated) and chocolates were gifted for my birthday which was a lovely touch. Bathroom was a little small but the bedroom was very comfortable, bed was wonderful, we had such a good sleep. All bathroom products, dressing gowns, towels etc were luxurious. We really enjoyed our stay. Finally it has to be the quietest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We didn’t hear a single noise when in our room. Fantastic!

Cons:

Bathroom was a little small

Pros:

Modern, clean, incredible location

Cons:

Slight noise from the street outside late at night which is expected in such a busy area, bring ear plugs and it’s perfect!

Pleasant hotel in Central area
Pros:

The hotel was very central and close to shops and the Temple Bar area. Breakfast was good, nice coffee. Room temperature was good after I got help from a technician to understand the system.

Cons:

Despite being on the top floor we could hear lots of noise from the bars and street below in the late evening.
The hostess in the breakfast room was unhelpful bordering on rude. I was also told on the first day that the booths were saved for larger groups yet every time I was there they sat couples there. I was disappointed because I had chosen this hotel based on the reviews about customer service. Not evident at breakfast.

After losing my clothes and other items at this hotel, I was greatly disappointed and would advise o
Pros:

Breakfast was fine but I noticed a female hotel employee openly staring at me while I ate - not a good vibe

Cons:

Following check-out after a one night stay, I left my baggage and suitcase in the hotel storage for a couple of hours. Later I found 5-6 items missing afterwards. This included a Keith Haring t-shirt, a Keith Haring book, a hoodie from a Japanese spa, my nicest pair of pants, and my diary calendar book - basically all my trendiest items were lifted. I was assured by hotel staff that my luggage would be safe. At 567 euros a night, the Grafton Hotel is a total ripoff - I won’t be back.
