Cons:

Having three mornings of smoke alarms going off early in the morning and telling the staff no one fixed them so we are didn’t get much sleep due to this was not impressed at all

The staff were very helpful & efficient. Totally on the ball.

Cons:

The location is high up so you get a wonderful view but the driveway is very steep & some taxis & uber drivers would not come up the driveway to collect you.

Lovely large apartment with stunning balcony views of airlie beach harbour. Small but well stocked kitchen. Lovely pool area also with great views.

Cons:

Unfortunately on our second day we found a very large cockroach in the bathroom. When we reported it as we checked out the next day the receptionist didnt seem to think this was too much of an issue. She said 'pest control can add that to their list of jobs'. We expected an apology at the very least as it spoiled our last night in the appt.
Shower was a really bad design and flooded the bathroom when used.

Pros:

The view is good, the staff are lovely and friendly, the location is very good, quite but close enough to all the shops, restaurants and pubs.
The rooms could do with some renovations but they nice and clean.

Cons:

The air conditioning is not controlled in the room it is locked and cannot be unlocked. This makes the room very very cold
