We had a really nice stay. Everything was really good. Specially the staff treated us very well. They were very concerned about our needs and wants. Food also so delicious. They didn’t use artificial food flavors. The property was so clean. That was one of the best experience we had.

I stayed overnight at this hotel and was very pleased. The room is comfortable, there is everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Delicious and varied food is prepared and served upon request at any time. The owner of the hotel Anju is friendly and caring, very pleasant to talk to and friendly. On my next trip to Sri Lanka, I will definitely come to this wonderful hotel.

Suddenly we booked the hotel .we are not expected like such a welcoming by hosts.it’s such a like small jungle beside the road.such a valuable herbs ,spices and so many fruits in the garden they well maintained.
Special thing is we sow so many birds and squirrels were playing around the garden.our room out side was full of flowers and trees
Rooms are neat and clean,bed was comfortable with all facilities .
Special thing is foods that they made from garden vegetable and home made spices,the best Sri Lankan rice and curry that I ever had.they felt like home to us.
Loved see again that beautiful smiles and kindness.

Jay’s and Anju’s place is one that cannot be missed! ! Located on the route from Dambulla to Kandy close to both cities and many other attractions, like hill walks or waterfalls. The hospitality they offer is 5 star and the authentic food, mostly prepared from ingredients grown in their garden, is just unbeatable. You can feel Anju puts her heart and soul into the food. You must visit if not for the night then for some authentic, delicious Sri Lankan food! Thank you for an amazing experience ❤️

Jay and his sister are amazing hosts. They took care of us and were welcoming and helpful. Their place is in a beautiful garden and the rooms are decorated with taste and are super clean. They suggested many places to explore in the area. Dinner and breakfast were not only delicious but also presented beautifully. The only thing was that my husband and I cannot eat as much as they served us. I would definitely recommend their place and would love to stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at Jay’s. He is a great host and his sister is an excellent chef. They made us a great dinner and breakfast with vegetables from their own garden. We often read ‘the best curry’ in many reviews, but I can truly say that this where the best meals we had during our trip in Sri Lanka (and we had many good meals).
