Overall the hotel left a pleasant impression. The interior is designed in an ethnic Kazakh style with traditional ornaments, the room design is well thought out and neat. The breakfasts are tasty and quite diverse for a boutique hotel, I especially liked the taste of the shakshuka! The staff are in control of the situation. Special thanks and appreciation to the employee Yeldos he is well mannered, erudite, humane, intelligent, and personable. Also to the employee Gulnur with a pleasant and wonderful smile.The level is good, but there are moments that require improvement. The hotel is located in a clean area, with many restaurants within walking distance, as well as restaurants and shops. It is located close to the mountains and the Almaty Museum of Arts. I definitely recommend visiting.

Отель удобно расположен для туристов, для посещения гор и горнолыжного курорта. До центра 10 мин на такси. Новые чистые красивые номера. Вид из окна на горы. В отеле континентальный завтрак, не шведский стол, есть какша, омлет.
