Pros:

The in room coffee.

Cons:

1) the hotel was way too cold, wasting energy — the temperature in the hall was around 65 and our room at check-in was set at 68 — again, way too cold! We set it at 72 and that was perfectly comfortable; 3) the hotel exterior grounds are in poor condition, reflecting substantial neglect!

Pros:

The staff was helpful. I had a speedy check in. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. I'm a germ-a-phobe, so that says alot lol. You can't go wrong with a Hilton stay. Can't wait to return!
