Pros:

It was located in a central location.
Terrible hotel, one star at best. No hot water. The A/C and the ceiling fan went off in the middle of the night. The bathroom was atrocious, mold and mildew everywhere.
Broken handles on closet. Dirty floors. The staff did not even speak when you passed.

Noisy street next to it and poorly maintained
Pros:

Next to a very noise street. The building is poorly maintained. Towels were not white at all. The bathroom was not in the best condition. In short the hotel is not properly maintained. Light from the corridor and stairs was penetrating into the room.

Pros:

This was a comfortable stay.
Room was fine with a balcony overlooking the street.
Good a/c
Comfortable beds
Shower and water pressure was definitely an issue.
Good set breakfast each morning and friendly staff.
This is a no alcohol Hotel.
Food at the café was great and well priced
