Really good stay with nothing to complain about
Pros:

Easy Access, close to metro station, clean and modern. Just sufficient for 1-2 people. Fridge loaded with water, beer and drinks was really nice thing which helps upon arrival

Wouldn’t stay there again
Pros:

Cool design, very comfortable space, and the location is good.

Cons:

In theory, the concept is a winner. In reality, it was a disaster. Couldn’t get get into the hotel because the main entrance door and key pad stopped working.
No humans to talk to.
Contact WhatsApp emergency (expected response time 15-20 min)!! Well I heard back after 2.5 hours!! 20 min for emergency is not an emergency let alone 2.5 hours. This is the major failure. But there is more!

Housekeeping is non existent. Apparently they make the bed and empty the bins every day… well that didn’t happen in my 5 days stay. And if you ask for your room to be cleaned, the answer is no. It is not scheduled for a clean.
Restocking amenities and fresh towels? Forget it! What’s funny is housekeeping took the dirty coffee cups from near the bed and put them in the sink. Didn’t wash them, just placed them there.
The air con had a constant clicking noise regardless what temp or setting I put it on. Very noisy.

Bathroom tap already unstable and stuffed with sponge like material that is disintegrating.

Getting access to the gym was such a confusion that the instructions made no sense and it took 2 or 3 team on WhatsApp to sort it out.

Nice and comfortable quiet stay
Pros:

Nice and cozy, easy check in. Quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. Pleasant welcome snacks/drinks. Everything went smooth with our stay. Very tasty (but quite pricy) place for breakfast nearby (Do Beco). Metro station in about 7min walking path. Also nice Italian restaurant (Danphe) in about 12min walking path.
