Totul a fost perfect. Locația foarte aproape de metrou, dotările camerei, curățenia si designul super modern. Daca voi reveni in Lisabona cu siguranță voi sta tot aici.

Pros:

El alojamiento es perfecto para dos personas. Es espacioso, la cocina es pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario. La ducha está genial. La ubicación también muy bien, a dos minutos a pie del metro y a 20 minutos a pie del centro.

Cons:

Personalmente no me gustaron mucho las almohadas porque eran demasiado blandas y al entrar a la habitación huele a cerrado. Estaría bien tener un ambientador. Por lo demás todo perfecto!!

Pros:

L'appartement était bien agencé ; bien décoré avec tout ce qu'il faut.
L'immeuble comportait tous les commodités nécessaires et le service avant vente et après vente est excellent.

Cons:

La literie n'était pas confortable dans le canapé du salon et il y avait de la poussière qui volait de dessous le lit dès qu'on ouvrait les fenêtres.

Séjour très décevant, marqué par un manque total de service, une mauvaise communication et des conditions inconfortables
Pros:

Le système de check-in et check-out en ligne est très pratique et permet une grande autonomie, surtout pour les arrivées tardives. L’accès au logement est simple et bien organisé, sans contrainte d’horaires.

Cons:

Expérience très décevante. Malgré une double confirmation avant notre arrivée, aucun lit bébé n’était présent dans la chambre. Comme tout est automatisé, il n’y a personne sur place pour gérer ce type de problème. Lorsque nous avons contacté le service client, on nous a répondu que la femme de ménage avait laissé des notes indiquant que le lit bébé avait bien été installé, et on nous a demandé de vérifier à nouveau la chambre — ce qui était non seulement inutile, mais aussi assez déplacé. Aucune solution immédiate ne nous a été proposée, seulement une installation le lendemain, alors que nous ne restions qu’une nuit. Nous avons donc dû dormir à trois dans un lit, sans repos. De plus, la chambre n’était pas propre (présence de nombreux cheveux) et une lumière d’alarme restait allumée toute la nuit, rendant le séjour encore plus inconfortable.
