Great facilities but souless checkin experience .
Pros:

Modern , clean and well located .

Cons:

The fully digital checkin experience is sub par .
The lack of Reception on premises is unfortunate and the coded entry for front door, elevator and Room is not as easy as using a card .9

It was really nice!
Pros:

The localisation is really good, near to the metro station. All hotel is perfectly clean and pretty. It was really good place to stay for a few days in Lisbon!

Pros:

Проживание в отеле было просто супер. Инструкции от руководства отеля было на протяжении всего проживания.
Кровати, белье, посуда, а особенно гостевая косметика была на высоте. Посуда супер. Кофе для кофеварки на всех проживающих, и даже больше. Вообщем понравилось просто все.

Pros:

Great service and location. Nearby restaurants and coffee shops only 3 minutes from the metro station. Very comfortable room with a really unique design. Totally recommend it!

Cons:

Although it is a self service apartment, it would be nice to have cleaning service everyday or at least every 2 days (clean the bathroom, mop the floors etc). As for the towers there is a ground floor laundry area where you can get yourself clean towers and leave the dirty ones there.

Σκέτη ταλαιπωρία!
Pros:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες, καθαρό και όμορφα επιπλωμένο! Είχε μετρό σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια.

Cons:

Η διαδικασία με τους κωδικούς για την είσοδο είναι ΠΑΡΑ ΠΟΛΥ κουραστική!! Είτε θες να πάρεις το ασανσέρ είτε θέλεις να πάρεις τις σκάλες πρέπει συνέχεια να πατάς τον κωδικό σου για να ανοίξουν οι πόρτες! Στην κεντρική είσοδο οκ εινα θέμα ασφαλείας να πρέπει να βάλεις τον κωδικό, αλλά για την πόρτα που οδηγεί στις σκάλες και για την πόρτα που σε βγάζει από τις σκάλες στον διάδρομο είναι υπερβολή! Είχαμε πολύ κακή συνεννόηση για το τσεκ ιν καθώς μας είπαν ότι ο κωδικός θα ενεργοποιηθεί για το δωμάτιο στις 3 που είναι κ το τσεκ ιν, οπότε περιμέναμε κουρασμένοι με τις αποσκευές στο σαλονάκι. Μας ενημέρωσαν ότι αν είναι έτοιμο νωρίτερα το δωμάτιο θα μας στείλουν μνμ όπως κ έγινε. Ανεβήκαμε στο δωμάτιο κ δεν έπαινε ο κωδικός, μας έστειλα μνμ ότι τελικά θα μπούμε στις 6 το απόγευμα στο δωμάτιο γιατί δεν θα ήταν έτοιμο νωρίτερα. Τελικά με τα χίλια ζόρια κ με τεχνικές δυσκολίες μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο στις 3.
Είχαμε ζητήσει καναπέ κρεβάτι που δεν είχε στρωθει ποτέ! Στο δωμάτιο δεν υπήρχε καθόλου χαρτί υγείας, και δεν μας έβαλαν καμία από τις 2 μέρες που πέρασαν για καθαριότητα. Υπήρχε χώρος στο υπόγειο για να προμηθευτείς διάφορα amenities αλλά ποτέ δεν βρήκαμε χαρτί υγείας, πέρα από την τελευταία μέρα. Τέλος την ημέρα της άφιξης μας ενημέρωσαν ότι θα υπάρχει θόρυβος λόγω εργασιών που γίνονται, αντί να μας έχουν ενημερώσει εξ αρχής.

Our stay at Numa Lisbon was absolutely fantastic!
Pros:

The property is modern and perfectly located – close to everything. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. Self check-in was a great convenience. I highly recommend Numa Lisbon to anyone looking for a modern, comfortable, and well-organized place to stay in Lisbon.

Pros:

Odległość od ostacji metra. Apartament wyposażony we wszystko, co trzeba. Są nawet garnki do gotowania, talerze, sztućce. Jest płyn do mycia i gąbka, ręcznik papierowy.

Cons:

Nie było takiej rzeczy.

Pros:

Super miejsce, łatwy dostęp do apartamentu, który był przestronny do tego z tarasem. Dobry kontakt z obsługą przez WhatsApp. Aneks kuchenny bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony włącznie z przyprawami i oliwą (jedyne co to przydałyby się mniejsze talerze)

Pros:

Monolocale ci e piaciuto molto,pulito, ampio, arredamento moderno,bagno molto grande. Fornito di tutto che può servire ,persino piccola cucina. A pochi metri dalla stazione metro comodissimo per spostarsi per la città.

Cons:

Mancava un armadio , purtroppo abbiamo tenuto i vestiti nelle valigie.Non e chiaro come comportarsi nelle emergenze, soprattutto se manca la luce,visto che tutti ingressi ,porte e ascensore funzionano con il codice e non c'è personale presente.
