The staff were friendly.

Cons:

The noise from the bar and passage way by reception was unbearable. Could not sleep. Linen seemed stained or had stains that no longer come out even when washed.

Very good, staff was very friendly
Pros:

1. Aircon in my room
2. Staff was very accommodating

Cons:

1. Wifi wasn't already connected on the TV so I couldn't watch TV
2. There was no coffee in my room

My stay wad good, could be better though.
Pros:

The staff is absolutely friendly, kind and helpful.

Cons:

The pillows broke my neck, they are not comfortable at all. Please get soft pillows.

Cons:

The sheets were not clean they had to change them while we were in the room. There was no soap to bath the water in the jar was not refilled it’s like someone had just been in the room. The staff is amazing though they changed the sheets and apologized

Pine Town Weekend vibes
Pros:

Stuff was nice both reception, Bar and Security. Very friendly and respectful

Cons:

I booked ground floor , received top floor with no balcony , workers make noise outside very early, Fridge making noise until I had to unplug it.
House keeping I had to request it apparently thats the rule if you don't request they won't clean or change towels.
The shower gel was empty even after house keeping was requested.
Photos on bookings.com are accurate but becouse i booked what I saw on the website but received opposite im not happy
My view was the parking instead of the pool area I booked sad .
