NO from me. I would not stay unless upgraded.
Pros:

The hotel has a grand presence. You are welcomed with smile. I found some staff exceptionally supportive. I must mention Atee the bell boy for his excellent service. Reception girls were okay. Location is a plus. Room I stayed was large. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

I do mot mind staying in old fashioned property if maintained properly. The bathroom was not so clean. Saw ants all over. Furniture, bed, door dresser damaged. Old TV. Remote was not working. There was cleaning machine sound at 6am just by the room. Lift had foul odor. Open air breakfast with birds sharing your dishes :(
You have to deposit for security and extra deposit for extension cord. Rooms didn’t have convenient charging points.
Bathroom too narrow compared to room. There is no walking shower and found the bathtub slippery. At least a shower may would lower the risk. The hot water tap had dirty water.
Bring your own tooth brush and tooth paste and other toiletries . They only provide shower gel, soap and shower cap .

Ļoti nabadzīgas brokastis - nevienam neieteiktu ņemt brokastis. Pat augļi kas Pattaija ir pieejami un lēti brokastīs bija tikai divu veidu un tik negaršīgi kādus grūti atrast Taizemē - ananasi balti, bez garšas, melones zaļas. negatavas.

Location was good but I probably wouldn't stay here again

Μόνο η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή.
Pros:

Ήταν πολύ μεγάλο το δωμάτιο αλλά δεν ειχε που να αφήσεις την βαλίτσα.
Επίσης η καθαριότητα του δωματίου γινόταν κάθε μέρα.

Cons:

Η επίπλωση του δωματίου ήταν παρα πολύ παλιά.
Το πρωινό δεν ήταν καλό, η μαρμελάδα δεν τρωγόταν, τα αυγά ήταν παγωμένα και δεν υπήρχε τυρί ή γιαούρτι.

Great staff, quiet location, breakfast not good.
Pros:

I liked where the property was. Close to the beach and very quiet, being on Soi 4. I found WiFi good and responsive. The bed was comfortable. The main thing about this hotel is the staff. I found all of the, friendly, kind, helpful.

Cons:

The rooms obviously are due an update. They are kept clean and the cleaner does a thorough job. But, the door painting is woeful. It didn’t bother me as such, it was just sad to see the lack of attention. The air condition stopped working. The excellent staff moved me to a different room, but in that room I had to have the air conditioning setting on the highest, because the other 2 levels created a clicking sound. The other negative I had was the breakfast. I do like Thai food, but not for breakfast. The western option every day, for me vegetarian, was either scrambled egg or omelette and friend egg. The other option was toast, but only one of the 2 toasters was full functioning. There was a sign on the other toaster to say there was an issue. The only option for toast was jam every day.
