Pros:

It was close to beach which was a plus point and also close to Alcazar Cabaret Show, Tiffany Show and Art in Paradise.

Старенький отель, но персонал очень дружелюбный, кроме одной фурии на ресепшн.
Pros:

Расположение идеальное. Персонал очень любезный. Просторные номера с балконами.

Cons:

Завтраки очень скромные. Фрукты частенько были недозрелые. Бассейн на 3 этаже расположен очень неудачно - всегда в тени и холодная вода. Телевизор нормальный принесли с 4 попытки. Маленький холодильник слабо холодит. И ещё при выезде не хотели отдавать депозит 1000 бат, т.к. мы утеряли квитанцию. Пока не накричал на них - не отдали...

Pros:

Too good. Big and luxurious hotel with English speaking, polite staff. They do the namaste gesture and greet you. They make you feel vip.
If you take girl with you, you have to submit her ID at reception and take it. No charges for taking guest inside. 1000 baht security deposit was refunded after room check. 2 free complimentary water bottles, but only given if you request. Moreover on checkout day, they didn't give it. They could have given atleast one.
I liked to stay here, it was fun and luxury. A big room. Moreover, it is close to 3 Indian restaurants, multiple massage parlours, everything. Best place to stay in pattaya. Don't miss. Soi 6 is very close. Walking street is far but 10 baht sharing van ride can take you there.

Cons:

No free water bottle on checkout day.
Add more vegetarian options in breakfast like cakes, etc

Kortom een goed hotel om een tijdje te verblijven.

Cons:

Het meubilair is gedateerd mag wel eens opgefrist worden. In 2019 ook geweest en nu dus in 2026 niet veel gebeurd in die jaren...
Douchen in een bad met een iets tekorte doucheslang is voor iemand van 1.97 een uitdaging en persoonlijk vind ik douchen in een bad niet fijn maar dit is persoonlijk.

housekeeping sollte etwas besser sein.....Haaren auf den Boden im Badezimmer, Tisch war nicht abgewischen !
zusätzliche Kleiderhacken fehlen im Badezimmer,kein Safe ! Mikrowelle zum aufheizen von Heissgetränken kostet extra beim Empfang... 50Baht ???

Otherwise, everything in the room is very good, and the housekeeping staff as well as the staff working on the ground floor near the elevator and the reception are top-class. They are among the top 10 and are incredibly attentive to all guests staying at the hotel.

I would like the hotel manager to pass on my greetings to all the staff for the fantastic job they are doing, and for how they, as a team, have successfully made us feel like the focus throughout our stay.

Cons:

Room 502 needs renovation, especially the bathroom.
There is significant wear and tear, and the wall colors should be changed to white. The curtains should also be replaced with a more neutral, solid color without patterns.
Pattaya already has a lot of color and patterns, so it would be good for such a centrally located hotel to tone down the surroundings and create a more modern and calm atmosphere.
