The location is near all main things in Oslo, which are walking distance anyway. And it happened to be very close to the place we had to work at. The level of trust is very high: possibilities to add towels or tea in supply room on the same floor. The communal space downstairs was nice too. Very rare.
Please add some electrical outlets. if you share the room this a bit problematic. Plus there is a nice kitchen, but unless you don't want your guests to use it, please add some basic supplies like oil, salt etc.
Great location, clean and comfortable. Remote check in and out was efficient. Facilities on offer downstairs were very good.
Nothing especially. Initial difficulty using the remote key but then it was very straightforward. Perhaps a small fridge in the room would be useful.

They don’t come in and clean the rooms every day as you self-serve from a well-stocked facilities cupboard. This was great for us, but know will come as a surprise for others!

Breakfast was exceptional and I loved the morning yoga class. The bed was really comfortable and the free coffee and pastry was a bonus. Staff was really kind and tried to help with some issues.
The very technological access system (I could not download the app for a problem of storage on my phone) and I was provided a card to access the room instead. Unfortunately the card did not work properly and had to change it. Also the light system is difficult to use.
