Pros:

Personalen var otroligt serviceminded. Jag mådde dåligt och fick möjlighet både till en tidig check-in och late checkout, vilket verkligen hjälpte mig. Uppskattades enormt.

Zeer fijn verblijf in een prachtige stad, ideaal gelegen.
Pros:

Zeer ruim en proper. Zeer degelijk ontbijt aan overkant van de straat. Zeer goede opvolging om binnen te geraken en de nodige app te downloaden

Svært sentralt og svært hyggelig
Pros:

Svært god beliggenhet i kvadraturen med restauranter i umiddelbar nærhet. Hyggelig betjening langt ut over det normale. Godt sikkerhetsnivå.

Cons:

Litt knot med romnøkkelen på mobil. Måtte hjelpe gjesten på naborommet med å låse fra utsiden.

Nedlastning av app til dører mm på gammel tlf. Vanskelig. Brukte vaktselskapet ved ankomst for å komme inn. Flinke karer!!. Nøkkelkort virket ikke på dør til rommet. Brukte tap på nykjøpt tlf.

A disappointing experience because of the hostile staff member
Pros:

The design of the hotel was nice, the room with the kitchenette was really handy as we decided to cook one night.

Cons:

The hotel’s design is beautiful, but the overall experience was disappointing. Instead of a normal reception and room keys, guests are required to download an app to check in and access rooms. After travelling from New Zealand, we had to download the app on limited data, which took over an hour. When we arrived, we carried four heavy suitcases up the stairs ourselves and received no assistance, despite the receptionist watching us the whole time.

The digital key app proved unreliable. It didn’t work properly for our room and also doesn’t function in the lifts, which require a key to access your floor. After being locked out, we eventually had to request physical key cards. The staff member we encountered was bordering on hostile, which made the arrival feel inconvenient rather than hospitable.

To make matters worse, there is a nightclub close to the building that played extremely loud bass-heavy music until 2am on Saturday night, vibrating through the entire building and making it very difficult to sleep. Overall, while the design is appealing, the lack of proper reception, the unreliable app system, and the noise made for a frustrating stay.

どこへでも歩いて行けます。

Cons:

オスロ駅までも歩いて行けますが、大きなスーツケースがあると少し困難なのでUberでタクシーを呼びました。良くない点ではなく、利用する方へのアドバイスです。

Pros:

Great location and excellent value for money. Friendly staff whenever you saw them. Room was surprisingly big and beautiful as well.

Cons:

Room is cleaned (for free) only after 7 days. There was some insects in our room, this fact might be related to the lack of cleaning or it might not. Using the mobile app to open AND lock the door is not the best but you can deal with it. Remember to lock the door with the app though, it doesn't lock automatically as you might expect.

Luxueus ingericht appartement in het mooie Oslo
Pros:

Ruim appartement met luxe uitstraling - vlotte toegang en communicatie via gsm - appartement netjes voorzien van een goede matras - ontbijt kon geregeld worden online waarbij je het onbijt kon nuttigen in de zaak rechtegenover het hotel - ook de lounge was mooi ingericht met kosteloos gebruik van koffie, thee en water - je kon ook makkelijk extra handdoeken en andere benodigdheden oppikken -
