A peaceful stay in Ksamil
Pros:

The apartment is perfectly well-located as it is the very beginning of Ksamil and it is always very quiet .The new paved road leads to the place ,you can park outside the villa and inside the yard.Though the space might be limited in high season ,so it would be sensible to warn the owner you need parking .The apartment is very basic and definitely isn’t 40 square meters,10-12 meters maximum.It is made for 4 people to sleep in but l believe it might feel very tight inside then.No table in the room but a little one outside,in the terrace ,just at your door.l haven’t spotted a dry decker but l guess the owner may help you with that .All utilities are very basic ,still it is enough to fulfil main needs.The AC works perfectly well which is very important in hot weather.There is also a little electric cooker and you may make your coffee or cook. Separate thanks comes to the owner of the villa who kindly allowed me to check in early and was really nice to me .

Cons:

Taking into account the price in high season we may forget about small things like :only one chipped coffee cup while the capacity of the room is 4 people .Nothing to wash the dishes with ,just two chairs on the terrace ,very little space (you need to watch your head and your legs all the time not to hurt yourself ),no chopping board ,no waste bin in the room(you may use the one from the bathroom though).
